Breakfast was really good, ample portions, fair priced. Restaurant is simple but comfortable. Service wasn't great. Had to wait a while to get Splenda and at one point forgot to bring ketchup to the table entirely. Would go back.

A classic, locally owned breakfast experience. The menu was diverse and had all the expected favorites. The serve was generally good, although perhaps a little slow (even though the restaurant was about 25% full). Bacon and Eggs breakfast and scrambled eggs were all cooked to perfection and fresh. Would recommend for a hearty breakfast before a day of hiking or adventuring in Rocky mountain National Park.

We had brunch here, both had breakfast items. It was brought out hot (temp wise) and the attendants were quick to refill our coffee. Average breakfast price was $11-13 with coffee around $3 each. I had a skillet platter and was more than I could eat and I eat plenty it came with wheat toast and jelly. My partner had eggs benedict, he said it was a mix although it tasted good and the ham was fairly small. The waitress was super nice and helpful - Olga. They had lots of options including lunch options which sounded very good. Breakfast for two with tip about $27. They sell coffee mugs, great deal on those. You have to ask.

It is difficult to combine wonderful, personal service with exceptional food. Mountain Home succeeds on all counts. Of special note are the South of the Border dishes. Far and away this is the best breakfast in Estes Park.

Whenever we're in Estes Park, we always have breakfast here - the food is consistently great and Olga and her staff are always friendly and helpful! The scrambled eggs are the fluffiest and best we've ever found anywhere, the coffee is wonderful -- never bitter -- try the trout or chicken fried steak! A wonderful experience in any season!
