Great get away location. Beautiful scene of the surrounding mountains from the cabin.
Loved the screened pouch to sit out on and watch the wildlife that likes to visit.
Saw deer, elk, birds during the day and heard the bears at night. Cabin was cozy and very clean. Had a Flat Screen TV and DVD player which we watched very little.
No air conditioner but no need for one. Warmed up a little during the day but cooled down every night for great sleeping. Fan was in cabin for the short time if was warm during the day.
Outdoor heated pool. Very close to Rocky National Park, which is a must drive if you going to be there anyways. Far enough away from town to relax and yet close enough to go into to shop at the local stores .Cabin had a kitchen which was supplied with all the items needed if you wanted to bring your own food with you to cook, also had a gas grill. Suggest bringing food from home or buy before arriving, Several good restaurants very close if you don't want to cook. Staff was very friendly. Clean towels every day.

Room Tip: Any of the cabins are great, Ours faced the pool/road but you can walk down to the river area and enjoy the calming running river in any of the sitting areas

My whole family loved our week long stay at Brynwood! The cabin was super clean, and laid out beautifully, with everything from towels, to can opener! Out was super affordable, snag the best part was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I will recommend Brywood to everyone!! Thanks for a great vacation,
The Schwickeraths:)

The Cabin was very nice and has a screen in porch over looking the river and a great view of the mountains. We had a great vacation and staying at Brynwood was very much part of the reason it was so great. We loved the sound of the rushing river, especially at night. The heated swimming pool was great. The resort is very well kept and the management and staff was excellent. Jerry and Brennan are awesome and made sure our stay was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend Brynwood to anyone wanting to go on vacation in the Rocky Mountain, Estes park area.

Room Tip: pick the Hide away Cabin if you want a great view of the mountains and the river.

Brynnwood is out of the madness of Estes Park, but right up the road and really convenient for those of you needing that madness. Staff was cordial and helpful with local dining and sights.
Room, we stayed in Columbine, was VERY clean and well appointed for the value.
Kitchen was a 'closet' size: 2 burner stove, sink, moderate fridge, small microwave and sink. Did the job for what we needed....VERY minimal dishes - 2 plates, 2 forks, spoons, knives, can opener, etc. 1 small pot and fry pan. Small coffee maker and coffee supplied daily.
Vanity area had several drawers and hanging space - bath was very clean with tub/shower - clean towels daily.
We stayed in the hotel part - up on the road--cabins are set back and quieter.
Room itself was larger than 'normal.' We had a king - great bed and pillows - A/C worked well and was quiet- Decor- dated but not offensively so.....
W]Free WIFI worked great - Yay! TV - satellite/cable, many channels, worked well too.
Small pool.

Room Tip: Upper floor of this 2 story IF you don't have to drag luggage......kids run the porches which is noisy.

This is a nice, well-kept property. Our room included a kitchenette with a large dining table. I was impressed with the lighting in the vanity area, no applying make-up in the dark, like most hotels. My only complaint had nothing to do with the management, two motorcycles managed to take up three parking spaces in front of our room, grrrrrrrr. Location is on a busy street, but noticed no street noise. Very close to entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.
