It's been almost 30 years since we've been in Estes Park! We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin/condo at the River Stone Resort. Both the inside accommodations and the outdoor grounds are very clean and attractive. The sound of the flowing river water right outside your front porch door is wonderful! We didn't cook or do laundry while there, but had a full kitchen plus washer and dryer in the unit. Each unit has it's own grill and outdoor chairs, benches, too. The internet connection is a bit slow, but even not being on their wi-fi, service was a bit spotty (prob due to the altitude and seclusion). It's just as pictured online, although I thought in person our unit looked even a little bigger/more spacious than the pics. Perfect location - 2 miles in one direction to get to downtown Estes Park, and about 2 miles in the other direction to get to the EP national park entrance. There is no air conditioning, but ceiling fans are in every room, plus big box fans are provided, too. Fortunately for us, the temps dropped nicely in the evening - so the fans were all we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for your visit with us! We appreciate every one of our guests and we are happy when you are happy! We consistently work on providing the optimum internet service for our guests with constant updates to our components. The geographic area here presents quite the challenge, but we love our mountains! Please don't wait another 20 years to return!

Lovely place, enjoyed by all. We have an immediate family of 12, rented 2 condos w 6 in each. Very clean, nicely set up. Great location, convenient to town but enough up the road to be in nature, right on river. Between activities we were able to all be together outside enjoying the water rushing past.

Nice location out side of town between Estes and RMNF entrance. Wonderful cabins right on the stream. Very clean and well taken care of. Full kitchens and a grill on the deck. Will definitely be making a return trip.

Couldn't have been better. Clean rooms, great location so close to the river could hear it running all night, best jacozziz ever. A great place to go and relax, relax, and relax with the river 30 feet from your back door.

Room Tip: Room was great no tip needed---just keep up the good work.

We rented a clean, well-appointed condo at Bear Paw Suites along Fall River Road. Ours was a two bedroom unit with a fire place and full, well-equipped kitchen.

The creek was just outside our front door and the wildlife in the immediate area was breathtaking to see, particularly the elk which were plentiful during our stay.

This location is a little ways from the center of Estes Park but still close enough to afford easy access to the shops and restaurants. It is also very conveniently located to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We could be at the entry gate to Rocky Mountain National Park within about 5 minutes of leaving our condo (provided some obstinate elk did not stand in the middle of the road holding up traffic).

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the creek
