I'm going to repeat what everyone else has said that it is in great location within downtown. The room was clean and large with a kitchen come living/bedroom and separate bathroom. My room also had an outdoor seating area. The property has 2 hot tubs and in the evening they have a get together with roasted marshmallows around the fire pit. The area was very quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Should I return to estes park i would stay here.

Room Tip: Room 9 has an outdoor seating area and close to hot tub

Great location, very easy walking distance to town. Room was ample. The had a fire pit you could sit around at night and use of two hot tubs, one had great views. The grounds were a little untidy, cigarette butts around outside of unit.

Just got back from Estes Park/RMNP. Spent 2 nights @MML and had a great time. As previously stated the lodge is rustic, but our cabin #11 was clean and roomy enough for 4 adults. The tip top hot tub was great after a day of hiking with nice views of mountains. Peter and Ellen were great hosts and the Tiger butter s'mores were tasty. The only issue was no a/c the fans were a little noisy and I had a hard time opening the windows, but it did cool off enough that it was ok. Location is everything and it was very easy getting wherever you wish to go. Would definitely return for another stay.

Room Tip: Cabin 11 sit by itself in the middle of the property so great location for parking access, firepit...

Rustic Charming and Clean. Great location makes walking to town and shops easy. A great staff ready to help in any way to accommodate any need! This was my 2nd stay. It is so fun to see families here grilling out and having a great time!

I just spent 4 nights at Misty Mountain Lodge. The room--actually a living room, bedroom, and kitchen--was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Peter, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating, including offering some terrific restaurant suggestions. And you can't beat the location. A short walk to the center of Estes Park. I'll be back.

We have been staying here for 28 years. We have seen 4 owners and many managers. The current owners Peter and Ellen are by far the best. They make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot on the property. We have stayed in almost every unit and there isn't a bad one in the bunch. In the evenings they offer s'mores at the fire pit. The location is great for walking to town and many restaurants. Peter, Ellen and family, THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO RELAXING AND ENJOYABLE!!!!!!!!

The location was great!!! The room and area was nice and quiet. The grounds were nice with the fountain. The owners were very friendly and inviting. They offered a free upgrade for no reason which was real nice. The rooms were clean but if you are looking for fancy, you aren't finding it here, this is more rustic, not a cut down, just for you to know so you can make a choice according to your preferences. The property doesn't have a.c.. Now, I was laughed at when I questioned that but in my opinion, I would prefer to control the climate in my sleeping area. I have very picky sleeping habits and I don't like to sleep with a fan blowing on me. The first night it was hot when we went to bed making it difficult to go to sleep and then got cold in the night again disturbing the sleep so the open window/fan approach doesn't work for me personally but may be fine for someone else. I think you should know that though.
