“One of the best places ever!!!”
Reviewed 28 May 2013

My husband and I recently stayed at Dripping Springs. It was incredible. The hospitality was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, cabins very clean. The hot tubs on the decks were definitely and added bonus as well as the massage cabin near the water. The grounds were very well kept and on the river. Beautiful views & private fishing. It is like they pretty much give you the place to yourself. We would go back every time. Owners were very accomodating and friendly. I cannot say enough great things about the place! Janie offered a military discount. This was so appreciated.

We called last minute on our way up, and they fit us in their last room. It was a very nice room with a very comfortable king size bed. They are right on the creek, so its so peaceful on their property. Also, a great breakfast in the morning!

Our visit to first trip Dripping springs was for our honeymoon! We stayed several nights in the fishing room! We both loved the private deck with hot tub. It had a nice view of the river! We hope to make a 2nd trip back soon!

My husband and I have stayed at Dripping Springs twice. The first time we went we loved the experience from beginning to end. The grounds are beautiful, the river is peaceful, the rooms are adorable and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. Janie and her family are wonderful people.

We enjoyed our time at Dripping Spring so much that when my husband proposed we planned our wedding in Colorado and had our entire family stay at the B&B. Janie married us which was particularly special to us. She did an amazing job of making all of our guests feel comfortable and she wrote a wedding ceremony that was absolutely perfect for us. I can't say enough good things about her or the resort.

We have stayed in two different rooms, but have seen most of them due to our family staying there together. All of the rooms are great and the private hot tub is a wonderful perk. You can't go wrong.

We will definitely go back. In fact, we're already discussing returning for the 3rd time to celebrate our one year anniversary at the same place where we fell in love, and then later spent the first part of our honeymoon.

Love, love, love it there. The only complaint I can come up with is that the showers in many of the rooms are sort of small, but it most certainly would not stop me from going back again and again. Dripping Springs is a little piece of heaven.

My husband and I stayed at Dripping Springs for several nights while on vacation last summer. We could not have had a better experience. The Canopy Cottage Room was intimate, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved our private deck (with hot tub!) that overlooked the aspen grove and the Big Thompson River. We used the gas fire pit that was just steps from our door to make s'mores in the evenings, and we enjoyed delicious, hearty, homemade breakfasts each morning with Janie, Oliver, and John, who treated us like family. We took afternoon naps in the hammocks by the river, and nights were spent warming by the log fire pit.

It truly felt like a home away from home, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone visiting Estes Park!

Our 2nd time staying here, was more enjoyable than the first. Stayed with another couple in the condo by the river, and enjoyed it very much. The hot tub out back was such a treat on a very cool September night, and the ease of having the kitchen and livingroom with fireplace were extras. So nice to have room to move around. Located just outside of town, it has road noise which can overpower the sound of the river. Our room had twin beds and the hosts offered to push them together and put a comfy topper on...without our even asking. Great, hosts, great location and good value for the comfort of a condo.

We loved our night here and our visit with the owners. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a gorgeous moon over the campfire. The aspen grove with the hammocks, by the river has to be my favorite spot, but the whole piece of property is beautiful. Janie and the guys provided a wonderful, filling breakfast that got the day started right. - Thanks for a great two days!
