The innkeeper Cynthia and owner Gary made this a magical time for us in Estes Park. The rooms are immaculate, the breakfast is amazing and unique, and the service is outstanding.

We spent two nights in the For-get-me-not - our favorite room. We recommend any room in the main house as those are the only ones we saw and experienced.

Room Tip: We love any room in the main house.

My girlfriend and I spent the two days after Christmas at the Riversong, and the entire experience was wonderful. The staff provided excellent customer service, and the Meadowbright suite we stayed in was breathtaking. From the lit Christmas tree to the wonderful dual-facing fireplace, then entire suite was magical, very private, and very cozy. The rooms were very clean and inviting. Gary and his staff saw to our every need, and the dinner prepared for us by the chef, Carol, was top-notch, rivaling dinners we have had at the Broadmoor hotel and others. We will be back next year for sure.

Room Tip: We thoroughly enjoyed the Meadowbright room/suite.

Last weekend, my husband and I left our kids with a sitter to spend one night away up at Riversong. We live in Fort Collins, so this is an excellent place to go to feel a million miles away, but only an hour away from home. Cynthia the Innkeeper is incredibly warm and welcoming, and made me a special batch of gluten-free peanut butter cookies. We stayed in the Chiming Bells suite, which I highly recommend as it has been recently remodeled and feels like your own personal spa. The bed was so comfortable, set underneath two large skylights that look up into the trees. We will definitely stay in this room again in 2014!

I enjoyed relaxing 2 days in Romantic River Song Bed and Breakfast in the soft rain of Estes Park, Colorado (Rocky Mountain National Park). Innkeeper Gary Mansfield and his staff are welcoming; their breakfasts, coffee, teas, and afternoon cookies are outstanding; each room and cabin are top-level comfortable, relaxing and warm; the grounds and views are wonderful! I heard the B&B's river song, and plan to return soon!

I cannot begin to describe our wonderful experience at Riversong...but I will do my best to try!
Riversong is a magical place in Estes Park where the rooms are beautiful, the scenery is outstanding and the staff is amazing. We stayed here for a "romantic" weekend and didn't want to leave.
Upon arriving, we were greeted by Kerry and Boo (the inn mascot) and immediately felt welcomed with wonderful hospitality.
We stayed in the Pasque Flower room and it was adorable! The bed was so comfortable and the clawfoot tub bath was so relaxing. When we come back to Riversong, we will definitely want to stay in this room again.
The breakfasts were AMAZING. We are GF eaters and were accommodated so wonderfully. There have been times when we felt that being GF was an inconvenience, but not here! The breakfasts were so outstanding, just thinking of them is making my mouth water again!
Another amazing thing about Riversong is the afternoon tea and cookies. Once again, the staff was wonderful and made separate GF cookies just for us! (thank you again!)
We only stayed for 3 nights, but will come back (we've also passed word on to our friends and family that they NEED to visit) and we cannot wait to come back.
This was a wonderful place to stay for a romantic weekend in Estes Park.
Thank you!!!!

Room Tip: Any room that you choose will be amazing. Each and every room is different and that is what makes t...

It's been a week since we got back from our second visit to this wonderful B and B. Unfortunately we came to Colorado during the horrible rain storms and pretty much had to cancel all our hiking plans and hunker down here at RR. We already had reservations for the meadow bright room, but when our campsite was swamped out, they managed to accommodate us for another night. We were greeted warmly by Gary, who showed us to our beautiful cabin that was the nicest room we have ever stayed in. Gary's enthusiasm not only about his inn, but life was contagious. Gary was leaving us for a few days, but left us in the very capable hands of Kerry, the innkeeper. Little did I know we would be spending lots of time together during the rains. First our room was above and beyond what we expected. The web pictures do not capture this B and B at all. Our room had beautiful log furniture, huge bed, a two person tub, a rain shower glass shower, a double sided fireplace, mini fridge, a deck with table and chairs, assortment of books, and lots of small touches to warm up this beautiful cabin. Very warm, inviting and romantic!!! Although this room is more then I would normally spend, I was more then pleased with it.
The breakfasts were fanatic. Each morning there was a fruit course followed by a main course which also contained a meat of some sort. The coffee and juice were constantly filled and meeting new people at breakfast was fun and interesting.
The grounds are extensive. Many places to explore or simply take in the beauty that surrounds you. Elk deer and even a curious bear( although I didn't see, but made itself known during our stay) are constant visitors. Although we didn't hike it, there s also a great hiking trail on the property.
So this is where I truly give kudos to RR and Kerry the innkeeper. During the rainstorm(s), Kerry was a super star. For lack of any other word , we were stranded there. Flooding was going on in town, we couldn't hike, and quite frankly it was dangerous outside. Kerry hopped in the truck before it got bad out and ran to the store knowing things were going to get worse. Other guest too went to the store to get provisions as well. Other guests shared their food with us and we all had lunch together and chatted a bit. By dinner we were all huddled at the main house watching this monumental storm. Knowing no one could leave, Kerry made us a huge dinner where we all gathered like hours earlier at breakfast and shared a meal. The two other couples that were there with us were similar in age and interest so conversations flowed easily, along with getting to know our hostess Kerry. Although it was a mess outside, laughter and stories filled the room.
We may not have been lucky with the weather, we couldn't have been luckier with the company we shared.
I would absolutely stay here again and definitely in the same room since I now feel spoiled. Thank you Kerry for keeping us safe, dry, and fed during our stay.

This will certainly be one of our most memorable trips. The inn is wonderful, the breakfasts were very good, and the service is outstanding. We had a romantic dinner prepared by Carol for us the first night, which was excellent. Kerry, our innkeeper, was amazing! She made sure that we were comfortable during the massive flooding that hit the Rockies, Estes Park and the surrounding area that fateful week. We also had elk and bear encounters on the property that added to the excitement! This is really a unique place and we wish wish them well as Estes recovers from the floods.

Room Tip: Most of the rooms are DRAMATICALLY better than the images on the website show. Website could be impr...
