My daughter and I stayed here while waiting to move her into the dorm at the local university. The owners are incredibly gracious hosts. Everything was first rate-from the perfectly groomed courtyard to the mosaic tub to Marion's gourmet breakfasts. It seems nothing was missed. The house is in a historic district which definitely adds to the ambiance.

Room Tip: If you reserve the Sam Hughes room, you'll get an enormous mosaic tub with a stained glass skyli...

Adobe Rose Inn provides a unique experience when visiting Utah. The rooms are all unique and cannot be find anywhere else. The hospitality is welcoming with interesting conversation from local sites to culture to world events. And the breakfasts are as unique as the rooms. The scones are fabulous with lots of fresh fruit and an amazing bowl of oatmeal with homemade banana ice ream. Can't wait to return.

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We loved meeting people from other parts of the world at breakfast. Marion and Jim are so nice and very interesting to talk to. They were extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Marion and Jim Hook welcomed us so graciously. They treated us fabulously. They served a wonderful breakfast every morning! Super scones! We knew we could survive the hot Arizona sun in July, because they were watching out for us. They kept us hydrated throughout the day with plenty of cold bottled water and all kinds of juice. We got the room with 2 air conditioners so it was a bit noisy but it definitely cooled us off.

Our daughter is so relaxed and happy when we are there. We looked forward to visiting them when we're in the Tucson area. We feel like we're part of their family when we step through the doors.

The kids enjoyed their stay as much as the adults! After a long day's journey, the kids refreshed themselves in the pool while the adults refreshed themselves with ice cold water!
Jim and Marion are wonderful hosts! Jim showed us around the inn, and the next morning, he and Marion prepared a most wonderful breakfast consisting of fruit, homemade muffins, yogurt, and homemade granola! Of the seven in our group, no one had tasted such delicious granola! As a treat, Marion offered the remaining muffins to go and threw in the granola as well!!
If we are ever in Tucson again, we will definitely stop at Adobe Inn once again!

The rooms are well appointed. Jim & Marion Hook have stayed true the the southwestern theme. They are incredible hosts and go out of their way to provide information for their guests from restaurants, local attractions and attractions within walking distance. The breakfasts are the best I have ever had at a B&B. In fact, they are the best I have ever had away from home. We will be returning again.

We just had a really nice one night stay at the Adobe Rose. It was a lovely place and we were treated so well there. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in Tucson (which we hope is soon).
