The Adobe Rose is a hidden gem within walking distance of the University of Arizona. The pleasant outside seating areas, pool and tastefully decorated rooms with a southwest flair all combine for a relaxing desert oasis. Add to that the delicious breakfasts , stimulating conversations and Jim & Marion the charming innkeepers and you can't go wrong staying here.

Hi Maureen. It was a delight to have you stay with us again. It's fun when a "house hunter" like you gets to stay in a real southwestern home like ours. It helps you to feel the authentic community here in Tucson.

We stayed at the Adobe Rose Inn when my husband was going through Chemo Therapy! The inkeepers Marion and Jim were very thoughtful and kind.
They were very knowledgeable about all the restaurants and activities in the area.
The rooms were very quiet and the decor was outstanding. The gourmet food was prepared by Marion always fresh and delicious.
This is the best place to stay in Tucson and we will always stay here when we are in the area.

Room Tip: All the rooms were very quiet! It was fun to have the rooms decorated with a different theme in each room.

Hi Susan, I'm glad you and Donn enjoyed breakfast at the Adobe Rose. We cater to anyone's dietary restrictions and always serve fresh food prepared with imagination. Can't wait to see you when you return to Tucson in May.

I cannot say enough glowing things about the Adobe Rose. The room was very comfortable. The breakfasts were AMAZING--you'll never get as high quality as Marion and Jim in terms of the food. Truly spectacular. I met incredible people, and felt at "home." I will stay again when I go back to Tucson, and will be sure to have friends and relatives there as well. Marion and Jim are as good as it gets...you won't be disappointed!

Thanks for your kind words about our breakfasts! We want to make certain that everyone, regardless of dietary restraints and preferences, leaves our breakfast table with a smile. It was so much fun talking with you about Milwaukee and Marquette University - two places near to our hearts. We look forward to your next visit to Tucson and the Adobe Rose.

I recently stayed at Adobe Rose Inn during my trip to University of Arizona. It is a fantastic place. The couple who run it are extremely nice and accommodating. The inn is within a few minutes walk to the university as well as a few restaurants and bars. The rooms are simply fantastic and they have a pool and a hot tub. Awesome.

Thanks for your kind words. As they say in the real estate business, location is everything. As you know, the Adobe Rose is located within walking distance of the University of Arizona, interesting attractions and great restaurants. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great location (if being in Tucson is important to you), great amenities (clean, comfy, well decorated rooms), delicious breakfasts (different every morning) and gracious hosts (Jim and Marian). We come to Tucson a couple times every year and this is our new place to stay.

Jim and I delighted to be your new place to stay in Tucson! It's fun to return to Tucson because each time you return, you'll find different things to do and see. You'll also discover new hiking trails and independently owned restaurants. We're looking forward to your next visit.
