There is very little interpretive signage here and the paper map is confusing. Dead-end walkways and a lot of scenery that you can find in the national parks. We liked Tucson Botanical Gardens much better, even though this place is physically larger. I won't say it was boring here, but it just didn't have any charm or unique notable feature.

Not worth the price or time. Go for a walk anywhere in tucson for free and spend your twenty dollars on a book about desert flora.

This little gem of a park was the highlight of my touring in Tucson. The shady restaurant had good food and great service. The park was once private home and the garden is a series of "rooms" containing native plants and appropriate art. Best gift shops we found in Tucson and a small art gallery that was showing a variety of artist's work. A bonus is that it is one of the two for one tickets in the Tucson Visitors coupon book available at the Information center.

The food was outstanding and the shops are wonderful. If there's a downside, it's too crowded in the winter.
