A friend got coupons in the mail and she knew the chain from Las Vegas, so we went. Our first dinner was super, service was great. We went back a second time with another friend. The food was still great, the service much less so.
We went a third time for lunch. The food, especially the eggplant, was good, the service was just bad. A table near us did have a medical emergency, which was handled well. However, we had a couple of different waitresses. The second one made an error on the checks. When I called it to her attention -- politely -- she responded quite rudely. I sent a message to the company and received a letter with a coupon.
The next time we used the coupon and had a super lunch with good service.
The last time we went back, it was the last day the restaurant was in business in Tucson.
The food was superior. The place was nice, but probably way too large for the number of restaurants around it. We hope Brio will come back in a smaller location.
