The Arizona State Museum sits in the middle of the U of A Campus. They have a very good permanent collection as well as fantistic shows. This is where the Mexican Mask Show was displayed awhile back.

We moved our daughter into Pueblo de la Cienga this past weekend. It was amazing to see the flock of volunteers that rushed our vehicle, unloaded hers and ours, and had her stuff in her room within 15 minutes! What generous people to volunteer their time to make every bit of the move-in transition go smooth. They were all so friendly, helpful and organized! The rest of the weekend was outstanding for her, we were so impressed with the quality of activities the UA had for her to connect with others and begin her journey. She is loving it down there, and has called home with "great news" everyday on how her experience keeps getting better and better. She loves ALL of her teachers/professors so far, and has met some wonderful new friends. Thank you UA for being a safe, fun and friendly new home to our baby girl!

It is a beautiful campus, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is a large campus, but it is very walkable.

My son attends this University and tells everyone he meets that there is NOTHING not to like! Plus, you can graduate in four years which you cannot do at the California schools sadly.

Well worth a visit to the art and culture museums clustered around the campus. Lowry, Pollock and Rothko to name a few. No backwater this.
