Employees are delightful, hotel is spotless. The problem is the elevator chime. Ding-dong, ding-dong, all day and all of the night. And if you're on the top floor like I was, you'll hear it constantly. This is an easy thing to disengage, yet it remains. I'm not talking about the internal chime for blind folks, I'm talking about the one that broadcasts to the floor that the elevator has indeed arrived. As if the sound of the opening door itself wasn't enough of a clue.

Again, the rooms are full of conveniences and the employees are great. Nice touch with the free washer and dryer, too. And they're pet-friendly, for a reasonable fee. But the chime. Oh, the chime.

Room Tip: As far from the elevator as possible.

This is our second time staying at a Cendlewood Hotel, the first was just the day before in Fort Stockton, TX. Again the staff could not be more friendly. The Hotel was very clean and again large rooms with a full kitchen.

This is a really nice, new hotel. We stayed 2 nights (would love to have stayed longer but we were on a time schedule) and enjoyed it. New, clean, reasonable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a guest laundry (free); just furnish your own detergent. The section of the city is newly developing and near lots of shopping and restaurants. It is graded to longer stays, but we were very pleased with our visit.

This hotel is so new that it had a paint smell on 4th floor as we got off the elevator. Didn't seem to come into our room so we were okay. This hotel is geared towards corporate long term in my opinion. There is weekly housekeeping so if you need new towels before you cleaning day you will need to bring the dirty ones to the front desk for an exchange. No breakfast is offered. They have a well stocked pantry and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. There is a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size frig, and a two burner stove. The king room we had was large. There is a desk that runs the length of one side of the room with one end turning out to make a eating table. There is a desk chair, kitchen chair and a recliner for seating. The bathroom is large but walls are thin. I heard the kids in the bathroom in the next room. The bed was firm and the pillows to plumped for me. Bedding was comfortable. But, this is new so maybe next year it will be a more comfortable sleep. You will have to cross the four lane busy road to get food. There is panda express, subway, a grocery store, McDonalds over there. A few more places but I can't remember them. I didn't see a pool. Exercise room has three different machines. Here's the big perk. Free Laundry. Yup, they have three washers and four driers free. I would stay there again. Just know you are responsible for your own clean up and bed making on a daily basis. Oh and the bathroom fan has a separate switch and is silent.
