“Not so”
Reviewed 18 July 2014

I beg to differ from my experience and the food that I ended up with. It was terrible. In addition I am sure many people noticed the difference. The man in front of me commented on the sauce being different. I used to go there and I knew the elderly lady that was always there but she is no longer there. It is a new person now. I am sorry to say the food was a disappointment when I got home and opened the box. Not to mention the behavior of the staff I saw that evening. It is enough for me to not go back again.

“Ravioli, Meatballs, Sauce”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Probably the best ravioli in Tucson. Joe's Special is also delicious. Hard to make a decision when dining here. The salad bar is absolutely a must. Rumor has it they are opening a second location.

“Good family environment!”
Reviewed 25 June 2014 via mobile

We were there with a large group and they were able to take care of us and serve it in timely manner. Good food, nice environment and price is reasonable. Kids had a good time!

“Great Place”
Reviewed 7 May 2014

Super fast service. The salad and pasta bar is a fantastic deal, allowing for quick in and out. The salad bar may not be all that spectacular but is certainly adequate. Add to that an all you can eat pasta bar and some really good breadsticks and you get a good meal!

“A Tucson Tradition for Italian Dining”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

We had no reservations and arrived during the "Early Bird Specials" serving time. After ordering a glass of wine in the bar, we were promptly ushered to our table by the host. Our waitress appeared quickly and apologized that we had to wait! She was exceptionally attentive and friendly. This is a family restaurant and meals have been served at this location since 1956. All of the food is prepared in-house - from the wonderful pasta to the fabulous Tiramisu dessert and more! "Joe's Special" had been recommended as a restaurant favorite. We ordered this fabulous pasta entree and savored every bite, along with fresh and hot garlic bread sticks. Everything about our dining experience was excellent, and we will definitely be back!
