We just got back from a 2-night stay here while we moved our son into the U of A. While it was around 15-20 mins away, we wanted a nice place and we certainly were not disappointed! The property is lovely and I used the pool and fitness room while I was there and enjoyed them both. We loved having the suite so anyone wanting to stay up late could watch tv in their own area. Breakfast was fantastic - omelets to order, eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, breads, plus every beverage you could want. Overall, it was an incredible value. Just add free wi-fi and this place would be perfection.

Stayed here 2 nights recently and had an enjoyable stay. The property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and the staff & atmosphere were quite pleasant. Very extensive complimentary breakfast and nice reception in the evenings. Very well located with easy access to all that Tucson has to offer.

Dear Mr. Zelkin

We are regular customer of your magnificent hotel, our second home in Tucson.Over the years we see the same happy people working as a team, every one of them show joy for their different job they perform.
We see Derek master the happy hour, as skillful to attend a gentleman asking for a Manhattan or kind enough to serve a Shirley Temple to my eight years old daughter, or this young guy Carlos fixing the best Sangrias and kindly attending the patrons. The kitchen team is always happy to fix the famous Omelet and among the nicest persons are Grazyna, Ana Lourdes, Lupita, Cipriano, Edna and other very kind people that conforms the kitchen. We see all the time Grace ready to help and all the time looking around to keep the Hotel in perfect shape. She is always on the move along with her aides that are prompt to make us feel that our room is as clean as an "Operating Room", and it shows.
Every time we check inn there is this kind Lady from German background managing the situation to perfection, we also see other young ladies speaking fluently spanish, and all together make us feel among friends, most important, we are welcomed by their smile and honest service and attitude.
My family and I would like to see these outstanding people again and again as we will continue staying at our second Home, Embassy suites la Paloma.
Well done Mr. Zelkin, this is also a reflexion of you leadership, and I'm sure that all your guest feel the atmosphere of this great hotel.
Congratulations to all of you and to Hilton for hiring the best hotel team ever, this is what a great hotel is made of..!

Sincerely

This is my second time staying here for business, and will be my home away from home when I stay in the future. It's a well maintained hotel, more motel style then a typical Embassy Suites. Breakfast is great, happy hour is happy. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The only drawback is wireless Internet is not available in most rooms.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view room. It's a stunning view.

Excellent hotel in many respects - spacious room consists of living room/desk area, bathroom, and bedroom laid out in a circle. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Clean. Only downsides: internet speed was often slow or mediocre, and TVs were nice but the vast majority of the channels were in analog and occassionally the reception had difficulty (scrambled appearance) perhaps due to iffy satellite feed. For nicer hotels such as this the expectation is to have fast Internet and reliable digital programming for the nice TVs. Overall very nice and I will stay here again.

The property is beautiful with all amenities as advertised. Our suite is comfortable, breakfasts and manager reception are great. The only glitch was in our reservation. For a few dollars more, we were offered a mountain or city view. I chose the mountain view. We got to our room and it faced in a direction that has neither view...unless you lean over the balcony and look left or right. I asked L.... at the front desk and she explained that the only mountain views were king rooms which we did not reserve. She had no city views, but offered to move us in a couple days. I told her I was okay with the room, but I didn't understand why I paid more. So she gave us the room at the standard rate,. We are happy, just be careful when you reserve.

Stayed here for a wedding in July and was impressed with the hotel from the start. Great location, close to several restaurants and convenient to the north end of the city. Great view from our balcony. The breakfast was excellent although they could have used more tables on the weekend. Rooms were nicely laid out and very quiet. Very good value for your dollar.

Room Tip: mountain view rooms face north and overlook the highway although there is no traffic noise. Great vi...
