“Great Accomodations”
Reviewed 1 March 2013

This is a top-notch place to stay in Tucson. Our ten day stay was flawless and the complementary breakfast was wonderful.
The staff was friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful.
The complementary Wi Fi was an added bonus. The location was convenient to the Biosphere, Sonoran Desert Museum, Sabino Canyon and other interesting sites. We will definitely return to this "Oasis in the desert."

Room Tip: Mountain View on the third floor!

We stayed at this hotel Feb 16-19 2013. Had no idea what to expect until we arrived and spent our first evening there. We were greeted with a Complimentary Managers Special which happends every evening from 7-9. This includes complimentary alcholic beverages and snacks. Wow what a nice surprise. Then had a very quiet night, no noise in the hallways or surrounding area. Had a complimentary breakfast. Don't get me wrong, this wasen't your usual "Continental Breakfast" that some hotels offer. This was a full out hot breakfast, pancakes, hashbrowns or taters, bacon, sausages, eggs and even a chef onsite to make you a custom omlete if you wish. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juices, cereal, hot oatmeal. These people really know how to make their customers happy. Satisfaction quaranteed ! Quaranteed to please ! This hotel needs to be given 4+ stars. You don't get service like this in most 5+ star hotels. Everything is EXTRA. A definate must stay. If we're ever in Tucson again, this is the place we will be staying. Thanks Embassy Suites Paloma Village for a memorable stay.

Room Tip: We had a pool view room, no complaints !

Have stayed here twice during the gem and mineral show. Its a little out of the way from the main show but well worth the extra time. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the complimentary breakfast very, very good. We'll be back again next year.

Room Tip: 2nd floor is easier to get to.

Seemed like $400 for 2 nights was a bit high. The staff was wonderful. The rooms are awkward - like a puzzle. You have to close one door, to get into another to get into the closet in the bathroom - the same goes if you want a full length mirror. Breakfast was perfect each morning. Everything was clean & fresh. Staff made sure we had our crib in our room after check in which was nice. The $25 credit at shopping areas was bogus - they just give you a pamphlet with discounts and you have to spend $100 to get the $25.

Room Tip: Pray you don't get a bad neighbor & be a good neighbor! Bottom rear floor did not have level...

The Embassy Suites chain has been very reliable and this hotel is no exception. It was clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. The complimentary breakfast featured standard buffet items and of course, the cook-to-order station was great. The juice station will do better if there was actual juices offered; these looked and tasted like powdered, juice drinks. The fresh fruits did not include banana which I prefer.
We attended the evening reception only once during our stay. There was quite a variety of snacks available, and I noted kid-friendly items as well. My favorite feature was the dispenser of sangria...WINNER!

This is a great property in a great area of Tucson. Everything is first rate from the staff to the cleanliness of the property to the quality of the breakfast. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This our third or fourth visit. Close to shopping and restaurants, not to mention good location to head to different hikes in the area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our four night stay. The outdoor whirlpool with a glimpse of the mountains is always nice after a day of hiking. The two hour complimentary happy hour is always nice. Derrick, the bartender really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and does a great job of balancing the large amount of people requesting drinks. Only reason I can't vote it five stars is I wish the beds were more comfortable, not that they are bad by no means just not excellent.

Room Tip: Upgrade to pool view for less noise if you are sensitive to that
