Great service and comfort for the northwest Tucson area. Easy access to restaurants. I have stayed here many times during the week and weekend with no loud problems. The sunrise on the Catalina mountains is pretty.

I was here with a number of family members for a wedding at a nearby resort. The complimentary breakfast buffet was above and beyond what I expected, including made-to-order omelets. The biggest surprise was the daily Manager's Reception, with a wide variety of snacks, as well as complimentary beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks - all free. I discovered after I had checked out that I left my keys behind in one of the suites. When I called to ask if they had been found, the front desk person personally walked clear down to the suite to check for me! Service above and beyond.

This is a beautiful place and location. The staff is so friendly and helpful, you can't find a thing to improve in the staff. We were waiting for a wine opener while the clerk was on the phone, saw a wine bottle in our hand and just knew we needed a wine opener and handed it to us without missing a beat on his phone conversation. Great guy.

We have stayed at a few hotels over the years in Tucson this ifsfar the best. The location is great . Easy to get to shops & restaurants and just off the road was quiet even in busy times. We had a room looking onto the mountains which was fantastic from our balcony. All the staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. The cooked to order breakfast had every thing we needed Hot & fresh. The manager's reception was really good ,lots of nibbles and any drinks we could imagine. A lovely time to relax. The setting is a maze of corridors making it a very quiet and peaceful hotel. The outside setting with a stair case to the pool side was grand and would be a perfect setting for a wedding. The pool was easy to get into and there were lots of towels. A nice touch were the bowls of apples in reception and near the pool. These were lovely as a mid afternoon snack. Plenty of parking space and a good laundry room. In fact everything we needed. Would certainly stay here again

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view

Our family had a wedding planned in Tucson and so prior to the actual event, many guests stayed here. It was a great facility with the breakfast and evening meet and greet. Rooms are very comfortable with a separate sitting area away from the bedroom. A small deck off the sitting area looking out on the mountains was also a nice treat. Staff were very accommodating assisting with giving arriving guests information about Tucson and the wedding details. All in all a very good experience.
