We stayed here in our arrival and departure from Tucson, great if you don't want travel downtown. Great beds, AC worked great, the grounds were groomed beautifully. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 rating instead of a 5 was for the bathrooms. I can't understand why they built them so small, you can't do anything unless you shut the door first. But other than that a great place to stay.

Thank you for your review of the Four Points Tucson airport hotel. We appreciate your comments as we use them to improve our services and operation. We are sorry to hear that your bathroom was too small. We do have different size rooms, so I do understand your concerns. Did you get a chance to dine in the Restaurant? We do have some really great food options and the chef and service staff does a great job. We Hope to see you again should you return to Tucson. Thank you.

We arrived at the hotel after a long and trying day in airports and flight. It was after dark. The hotel property was well lit. The reception area was open and welcoming. The people at the desk were cheerful and helpful. We were offered assistance with our luggage, which we were glad to accept. We were also given an upgraded room. Oh my! So very nice. The bed was wonderful, just right firmness, linens were high quality and with the choice of pillows all made for a sound and deep nights sleep. The room was very well appointed. All the amenities were there, coffee, microwave, clock, desk, good lighting, and a wonderful chair to relax in. Especially noteworthy was the carpet. They did not skimp on the padding, which made for a very comfortable walk within the spacious room. In the clean and well lit bathroom especially noteworthy was the shower. The water pressure and the type of shower head made for a delightful experience. We must also make note of the bar/grill. We had the burgers. The chief takes his burgers very seriously. When we go to Tucson, as we live over an hour away, we will go to the grill just to have the burger. It is that good! Combined with the fresh local micro-brewery beer the meal was the same high quality we were accustomed to on cruises. Upon checkout we were cheerfully and speedily assisted with our bags after a call to the front desk. Since we had pre-paid for the room, checkout was very quick and easy.
We are planning on staying here every time we fly back into Tucson.
Very clean, welcoming, easy to find, and well decorated. What more could a traveler want.

This Sheraton is a good hotel choice when arriving late or leaving early from the Tucson airport. It is pleasant, clean, efficient and with sufficient amenities (pool, gym, restaurant, free shuttle) to ensure a comfortable stay. I stayed in the main building with the elevator, but parts of the hotel or like a motel. The hotel has a bit of 80s - 90s feel in design and decor. I booked at the last minute due to an early flight, deciding to return my rental car the night before and not have to drive across Tucson for the early flight. Glad I did. I got a good rate. The receptionist who checked me in was terrific, pleasant, effective, gave good information, helpful. The free airport shutte was very efficient with friendly drivers. The hotel was quiet and the big bed was comfy with nice linens and lots of quality pillows. The bath/shower needs an update (small tub you have to step into with plastic shower curtains and a somewhat leaky shower head that must be from the 80s). The bathroom is not big but adequate (but might be uncomfortable for an obese or handicapped person). OK desk, good TV. I didn't find an electrical outlet near the bed for my phone which I like to have nearby, so I charged it at the desk. really appreciated that they put out complementary coffee already by 3:30 am! Check-out was super fast and friendly. Praise to the great staff! I enjoyed a good hamburger dinner in the R & R restaurant (only minus was the side of salad was very wilted and tasted old, but the burger was great). The hostess/waitress provided cheerful, efficient service. CAUTION - the only reason to stay at a Tucson airport hotel is to be near the airport. There is nothing else in this part of town, in fact South Tucson is not a nice area at all. If you want access to dining, bars, shopping, golfing, riding, hiking and the lovely views of Tucson, stay in a hotel more appropriately located near to your favored activities.

Room tip: remember this is an airport hotel, no great views. My third-floor room was quiet and had the advantage of an elevator

The man at the front desk was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I called down for a question, but because another guest walked up he had to call me back. He got an attitude when he couldn't read my card number.i really did not appriciate him clapping his hands as he was talking to me, on top of the way he spoke to us. I left a note with the manager with a phone number, never got a call back. i called her and she did not seem too concerned. Needless to say i wont be staying there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night after flying into Tucson and attending the Pima Air and Space Museum the next day. The hotel was more like motel style as we had to drive over to our building, which was 2 floors. We stayed on the second floor. Our room was decent, bed was comfortable. This was an excellent hotel for the value and the location was superb. Our only issue with this hotel was the service. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We got up and went into the restaurant shortly after the 6am opening time. We were willing to pay the $12.95 for the breakfast buffet which we found out later was a bit steep for the offerings. We sat ourselves as no staff member came to seat us. We then waited at a table for about 5 minutes and not one person came over to greet us. There was a lady in a uniform sitting down at the bar who did not acknowledge us whatsoever and a couple of other workers who did not acknowledge us. After waiting, we got up, looked at the buffet selections which were scant and meager and we chose to leave and go eat breakfast at a nearby Whataburger. $12.95 was a rather expensive for the offerings, especially considering not one staff member greeted us.

Thank you for your review of the Four Points Tucson airport. We appreciate you taking the time to write your comments so we can improve our service and operations. We are sorry to hear that your stay was great except the breakfast. We have already addressed this issue with the morning staff as it is not acceptable for poor service. We work so hard to make sure our guests have a great experience. We fell short on your stay as I am sure you would have given us a 5 out of five if we would have not fell short. We do hope you will stay with us in the future. You should recieve a much better reception from the breakfast staff. Thank you.
