“Rooms Need to be Updated”

The rooms looked like something out of the 80's. No refrigerator, no flat screen TV, light buls burnt out. Requested their complementary coffee and tea in the morning and it was an hour late from the time we requested it. Also, they add $14.00 a day for ammenities. Did not receive this information from the front desk on check-in. Discover this on a small card given to us with the room key.

A very nice hotel and nice staff. Was cold and rainy while we were there so golf did not happen, but otherwise it was a first-rate experience. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were great for sleep.

We were in town for a University of Arizona football game. In hindsight we should have stayed closer to campus. The thinking was to stay more at "resort" and get away from the craziness of campus as I was with my family. Assumed the accommodations would be much better. The room was ridiculously outdated. It had an old, small tube TV and old furniture. Given the price - $200+ per night it was a poor value. I have no problem paying that but I expect updated accommodations. On a positive note - the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel offers extremely comfortable rooms. Ours has a wonderful view of the mountain we could enjoy from the balcony. We sat out after dinner and enjoyed the fire pit and listening to the desert sounds. Very relaxing.

Our stay in the newer section of the building was delightful. High end service and accommodations. Recommend signing up for the free loyalty program in advance and get complimentary morning beverage service and other perks.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property as a last minute booking and enjoyed the resort. It is a beautiful property with extremely comfortable and private rooms. We will definitely be back any time we are in Tucson. Hannah at the front desk was a pleasure to work with.
