I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. The reviews looked promising, but my husband and I had a very bad experience. Almost immediately after entering our room, we called to the front desk and asked for a new room because the mattress was completely sunken in. Not a big deal-at least they were swift to bring us a new key and have the room changed for us. We get to the new room, and the bed is so firm-it didn't seem much different than sleeping on the floor. It is a sleep number bed. We tried lowering the number, but my husband and I could not tell much of a difference, if at all. Anyway, we considered going out to dinner but decided to order room service instead. When I sat down to look at the menu in the room, I noticed a crunching sensation on the chair. I stand up and look to find that the seat is covered in crumbs. Makes me wonder how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. We went on to order dinner and I ordered the black bean burger. According to the menu, it was supposed to come up with guacamole. When it was brought to the room, however, there was no guacamole on the burger... any guacamole fans know how disappointing this was for me. But, it wasn't worth raising a stink about, so I ate it as is. We settled in afterwards and decided to order a movie, which is when we discovered the huge selection of pornography that they have available for you. To me, this just added to the tackiness of the hotel. We found a movie we wanted to watch and at some point during our movie, the entire wall started to pulsate against our heads-even making the bed move to the rhythm of the wall. Based on how long it lasted, I can only assume that we were graced with the knowledge of knowing that our neighbors were having sex. I felt like I was in some kind of cheap motel. Later, when I went to take a shower, there was a clump of old soap on the tile wall with HAIR SHAVINGS in it. In the morning when I went to use the coffee pot in the room, there was a spider in the cup. And when we went down to use the hot tub, we decided against it because of all the leftover food laying on the floor around the hot tub and the ants that came with it. By the end of our stay, we felt anxious and ready to leave. It is not the kind of experience that I would expect when I am paying $100+ for a room a night. The only thing this hotel has going for them is that the staff is nice. But, from my short time there, I do not think that it is well managed or maintained. And I can honestly say that we will never go back.

This property is bigger than I expected. I was given a choice to choose any floor and got situated all the way in the back of the property. It was a bit far from the pool. Pretty tough to lug 2 toddlers with me and walk all the way to the front to check out the pool so we ended up not going. The layout of the room is a bit odd but my kids had run playing hide and seek considering there are so many doors connecting the bathroom to the bedroom! It was pretty quiet for the most part but got a bit loud in the morning when the maid came to clean in the room next door. Thin wall I supposed. My 4 years old said she enjoyed the hotel, not so much for me. I was expecting more since it is claimed a 3.5 stars hotel. Nothing real bad about the place but for the price (that I would have paid), I expected more but since I did the last minute bidding, I guess it was okay. I ended up leaving a night early but since I prepaid my trip, there was no refund for the one night I didn't use...oh well...

Stayed here for one night. The staff were all very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. This is a very large property and the walk to our rooms was a long one outside. It appears to be an older property and rooms could use an update, but they were clean. My room included a refrigerator which is always a plus. WIFI was included and worked well. We ate in the restaurant and the food/service were both very good (the guacamole was awesome). The pool area is beautiful with plenty of lounge chairs and canopies for shade. Coffee/fruit/fiber one bars were offered for breakfast in the lobby in the morning. Trader Joe's is just a short walk down the street.

Room Tip: ask for a room closer to the lobby as this is a very large property

This is a nice hotel with probably, the nicest and happiest staff we encountered on our trip. The rooms are a great size (the clue is in the name "Radission suites") and well appointed with two TV's, desk, fridge etc. etc. The pool is an excellent size and well maintained and clean (how, given the 40 knot winds we had I don't know). Well placed for the I-10 to visit Tombstone, Bisbee etc and minutes away from PIMA Museum and downtown. The restaurant food was exceptionally good and the bar well stocked and friendly. The Hawk didn't get us but the Hummingbird nest over the breakfast table was so cute.

Room Tip: Ask for a room near reception - its a long way to breakfast or the pool from the furthest rooms.

I was really expecting more from this hotel. They have a sleep number bed which I didn't like.
The rooms were clean, but the underlying dust said it needs a deep cleaning. Older building and hotel, the plus is the large size of the rooms. They can do a lot with this hotel. It really needs a deep cleaning, and some upgrading on the rooms to be a 3 1/2 star hotel. I found it to be more of a 3 star or less. Just average. Hotel just seems tired and needs a fresh new look and cleaning.

Room Tip: Higher floor is best

With the exception of the old building, the rowdy teens I had to yell at at the pool. It was a great stay. I was chased by the hawk that resides there. I guess I should have been looking for it lol. There is a warning sign. I got a Groupon deal for one night and decided to stay another and had no problem keeping my room for the second night. The pool was awesome and cold. I wish they had Nick Jr so my 2 yr old would have some toddler cartons to watch. I would stay there again.

I have lots of positives. The biggest positive was Hasam (sp?) in the Breezes Restaurant his service was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations. From his friendly disposition, to his willingness to make sure the food was cooked to expectations. He was amazing!! I highly recommend him and his professionalism. Fernando that was in charge of maintenance helped me search for my son's phone that he lost briefly (was found under the bed) went above and beyond expectations. He was more than willing to help us search. I have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for a few nights since 2008. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a pleasant stay!
