We stayed for two nights in the hotel while visiting Saguaro NP (east and west) and Pima Air & Space Museum. The hotel is conveniently located to visit both the parks and the museum. Downside is that is located in a business area. Room was very clean upon arrival. Bathroom is a small. There is a little kitchen with a refridgerator and a safebox (key). The fridge didn't seem to cool very good and because of the outside temperatures over 95 degrees we think it should cool much better. Room is specious with a kingbed and a large couch. A little desk and a big flatscreen TV complete the room. Nothing to complain about.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. As we asked directions for the East entrance of Saguaro NP front desk staff informed us by handing directions on paper. Great help!
An absolute upside is the complimentary breakfast. Fresh milk and yoghurt as well as fresh fruit and real orangejuice make breakfast to enjoy. There are few hotels with this kind of brekfast opportunities. Well done!

Room Tip: We had a room on the 5th floor at the northside of the hotel. Didn't hear a sound from outside. There was no noise from airplanes taxiing, landing or taking off.

At any given moment the employees at this Hyatt Place are working the front desk/the bar/room service. They manageare to perform all these jobs with what seems effortless professionalism and friendliness. Clearly the local management is very good at training and empowering the staff. As a designer I am intrigued by the way the design of the lobby area supports the staff in performing all of these dissperate roles. I will sign up for a Hyatt frequent guest program because watching these lovely people has made my day!

Large enough, clean and considerate facility to stay.
Very convenient to access for the airport anytime and quiet enough.
It’s the best accommodation in my last four times experience near Tucson Airport.

THe hotel is much as you would expect for a Hyatt, clean and presentable. The breakfast was extremely limited and no propper seating area, it was almost as if you were expected to take your food to your room.

Unfortunately I left a laptop on the bed, and when I telephoned later they had no knowledge of it! I know it was my fault, but is it too much to expect the staff to be honest?

Jaime was amazing - he was always so helpful and went out of his way to make us feel at home and comfortable. He offered to help us on his day off when we were in a bind (although it turned out we didn't have to take him up on it) and was professional and pleasant to everyone every time we saw him.
Breakfast buffet was good, enjoyed the egg mcmuffin dishes but fruit (except grapefruit) was not ripe and the rest is a carb overload. Rooms clean but the bed needed to go - hump in the middle.
Just wish the Hyatt had a hotel closer to the U of A. It's a 20 minute drive and it got to get old after awhile.
