My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary. When we arrived Ryan at the front desk greeted us and was extremely helpful. He welcomed us, checked us in and was very well informed of things to do and places to eat in the area. There were Roses and chocolates place in the room for our Anniversary. We ate at the pub that night and Wendy was very helpful in communicating to the Chef of my dietary needs, and he even came out to make sure everything was satisfactory. We had a very enjoyable weekend and would stay here again.

Went with a group of friends to visit the Peabody Essex Museum and had a great stay! We arrange for tickets for the PEM through the hotel and they were able to give all four of us tickets. It was a snowy night so we ordered room service for dinner and were really pleased with the food. Staff was excellent - cheery and helpful. I'm going back to Salem again to see what I missed in one afternoon at the PEM and would certainly stay at the Waterfront again. Walking distance to the PEM. Inexpensive and clean.

2 of my friends and I went for a girls weekend out to get away from the chaos and kids. we were greeted and the front staff were extremely helpful. Although we are from Massachusetts and visit Salem yearly, it was nice to go on the off season and be able to really browse the stores and take out time. The staff directed us to some great restaurants and pubs and we had a great time. I wish we had time to relax at the poo. The room was a perfect size. as clean and quiet. We even had a surprise gift in our room as we arrived. A a hat and a coupon for free dessert! We will be back and may make it out yearly ritual to stay at the Waterfront.

Great location - close to everything. We had a very friendly welcome after a long flight. The room was very clean and large. Great fluffy towels and dressing gowns too :-) (We booked a Deluxe King room). Bed very comfortable. We loved it so much that we booked it again for our last night before flying home. Once again, we had a great experience.

Staff was Amazing. Kelly, Katie and Ryan Thank You very much for such a amazing treatment.
Rooms were large, clean and modern. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
My partner and I went to Salem for the first time and had a Red Carpet experience with a complementary bottle of Champaign with a Rose and card. Wow....what a way to make a customer feel so special. We will definetely be returning to this hidden gem of a hotel and look forward to seeing again, a staff that outshines the rest. Seriously, my partner and I can't brag enough about the whole experience.
Location was perfect ....Location , Location Location.
Rooms has a great view of the town and water marina at distance.
Restaurants and shops are right there at walking distance. Due to the convenience of the hotels on site parking, all one needs is to let their feet do the walking to get to their favorite destination.
Thanks again Kelly, Ryan and the entire staff!
Albano and George

Room Tip: Corner Suites are large and sunny

We stayed for our son's wedding along with a number of friends and relatives and also used the facilities for the rehearsal dinner. The buffet dinner was perfect as the wedding party was huge and there were a few out-of-town guests. We had our own room complete with bartender and the food was just right. Service was excellent as well.

The staff of the hotel was also very accommodating as well, especially in addressing any of our requests. THere was a slight mix-up with our bill, but it was straightened out immediately once we realized it. The staff remembered us and made us feel very welcomed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat - within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
