“Couldn't have picked a more perfect hotel!”
Reviewed 26 October 2013 via mobile

Having never been to San Antonio before and our time being limited, we wanted to spend all of it on the Riverwalk. When arriving t the Indigo, we were pleased that our rooms were ready, the staff very helpful and the location was perfect. We had one River room and another overlooking the pool. Both were wonderful, but the River room especially lovely.
Would stay again and recommend to all.

Visited with Jameson, the bartender. Very nice ambiance, relaxing place to enjoy a bite to eat and have a drink. Jameson was awesome! He made great suggestions for food n drinks. Very courteous and fun!

The Hotel itself its very nice, its on the north portion of down town SA and right on the river walk. It has free parking, the rooms are spacious very clean and comfortable, the bar area is nice and reasonably priced drinks.

It is a bit far away from the buzzing area in the river walk, but, I didn't find any problem walking there and back.

I would definitely come back given the prices I got for my room.

My wife and I spent two nights here in Sept. Our youngest son was in town from Montreal for a business meeting. We live about three hours from San Antonio, so we took that as an opportunity to see him. We were not expecting much, just a place to stay, and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Free parking across the street was a nice perk. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was large and clean.

Room overlooked the Alamo which was nice. Close to tons of shops, attractions and the River-walk, which is absolutely amazing. Courteous staff. Not 5 star but very accommodating. Rooms were small and the bathroom was TINY. Sink outside. In room coffee maker. Free internet. I felt safe there.

Room Tip: The AC cuts on very loudly then cuts off with dead silence which made a solid nights sleep difficul...

Our annual sister trip was made so much better by staying at this hotel! From the clean rooms to the over the top wonderful staff, we have only great things to say. One of our family members used the hotel wheelchair and Daniel, one of the front desk staff, actually wheeled her to a nearby restaurant (about 3 blocks), and then carried the chair up the steps!! The daily kindness and compassion for our group was constant - - in all of our travels (and they have been many), this hotel and staff was one of the best! Thank you so much!!

Room Tip: Although we didn't have one of the balcony rooms, they looked really nice.

This hotel is fantastic from the River Walk side! It was clean, very comfortable and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It's a little walk to the "main drag," but I rather liked the quiet atmosphere while I enjoyed the balcony suite in the evening and in the morning. However, it is in a rather shady part of town when you venture out the front doors, and parking is a bit disconcerting. If the River Walk is your goal and you're up for a bit of a walk, it's a winner. Up top? Not so much.

Room Tip: Go for the balcony suites if you can.
