“Mona, front desk receptionist was great!”

Our room wasn't quite to par, there was hair in the bathtub and in back of the restroom door, the AC unit was making an unbearable loud bang. We went downstairs and Mona at the front desk promptly moved us to a much nicer and clean room. She kept apologizing for the inconvenience, we know she didn't have to apologize, since she wasn't the one to clean the rooms. Later on I went back downstairs and thanked her again. I will surely be coming back to this location, they really made us feel like family.

We had stayed at a RRI in Austin in June with no problems there, so we decided to stay at one in San Antonio over 4th of July weekend. We arrived close to midnight and had no problem checking in. There were a ton of cars there, plus right next door is a bar/club which was packed too but there was no issue with noise. The room, bed, micro/fridge and everything was clean, but there was a strong cleaning product smell when we first walked in. When we needed help looking for some places or with anything extra needed in the room, the staff was very helpful. We really only had one issue which was, we had reserved a Superior King room, which is obviously supposed to be bigger. Well it wasnt bigger, it was about the same size as the other regular rooms. When we had stayed in Austin, we had also gotten the Superior King room and it was a lot bigger then the one in San Antonio. It didnt really look like the RRI in San Antonio was "upgraded". That was really our one complaint the entire time we were there.

This RRI was listed as remodeled. If it had been is was many years ago. Very much on the lower end of the scale. We will find another hotel for AFB graduation in October

This hotel was sub-standard. The room was mold infested. No microwave, no referigerator, no ice machine on my floor. Very poor condition. The room stank as if some chemical cleaner/deoderizer had been used to cover something. When I pulled the cover back on the bed I found numerous black pubic hair on the sheet. I checked out within two hours and went to the hotel property next door.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel if you want something even fairly decent.

We would like to express my appreciation to all the staff at the hotel. We have stayed at different hotels throughout the U.S., mostly four-star hotels. This has been the best, as far as customer service, friendly and helpful. I am a grandmother of seven wonderful children. Our stay was very memorable due to our clean room, needs met and overall professional staff. My special thanks and appreciation to Christina, Victor, Sarah and Maria. This hotel is blessed to have such wonderful staff. We will definite will stay at your hotel, when we come to visit with my daughter and family in San Antonio.
