I did not like the $15 parking charge. If I knew that I would have chose a higher end hotel. The hotel check in was not quick, no room service, delivery information on Eateries was hard to obtain. Took several trips down stairs. Only two computers in the business center led to a long wait and lines. Lobby was cleaner than the halls

Overall, this has always been a good hotel in which to say. The quality of breakfast could be greatly improved. Accommodations for the price are great. Service, good. Could definitely find a new brand of coffee for in room and in the lobby. Internet connection was good. Clean rooms.

I was in town for a very short time for 2 interviews in the downtown area. This hotel has a great location and walking distant to many attractions, shops and restaurants. During my stay I did not ask the front desk for help but while I was checking in they were giving walking directions to a guest. The front desk agent was very helpful in explaining the information. She also offered a map to the guest.

Hotel is very clean. Within walking distance of the river walk,River Center Mall and attractions San antonio is famous for. Some outside noise but not a game breaker. Hotel location is very accessible. The fitness center was suitable for a travel work-out. Over-all a great value.

I spend my time in Hampton's so I have a different reference than less frequent travelers. A couple of the things that caused me to rate it so poorly. My room had no microwave or refrigerator. The hotel charged me 15.00 per night to park in their parking lot. I didn't find any fruit, banana's or the usual fruit mix (oranges, melon, grapes pineapple etc.) so I asked the staff if they had any in the kitchen they said they were out. When I came back through the breakfast area on my way out to my car 20 minutes later I noticed they now had found the fruit. To those of us where are wheat sensitive the fruit, is the only thing i can eat. I had planned on eating from the breakfast bar. but with no fruit. i had to leave earlier to stop and buy something. At 2;00 am a car alarm went off in the parking lot and continued intermittently for a couple hours. It was apparent the staff weren't smart enough to look on the car information on the check information and call the room of the person who had the blaring alarm.. Yes the alarm was blaring near the check in desk. There were a number of friendly service itneractions
