If one wants a decent burger and fries with a nice sampling of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, cheddar cheese and similar toppings to dress them out, this is a clear "4" if there's no long line. If there's a line, expect to wait 15-20 minutes before a beeper goes off to go pick up your order. There are better restaurants by the River Walk and Alamo Plaza to visit. Their not-so-spotless restrooms are downstairs and not handicap accessible. We used a coupon from one of several maps available downtown which got us a 1/3 lb. burger, fries and drink for $7.00 that usually goes for around $8.85. Considering the pop is from a self-serve fountain, overall this is not a bad value for so near the #1 (Alamo) and #2 (River Walk) tourist attractions in San Antonio.
