“Ok Food, A Little Pricey”
Reviewed 1 December 2013 via mobile

It was extremely crowded on the Riverwalk on a Saturday night, but luckily only have 2 in our party got us a table immediately in the patio.

The patio was very crowded. The tables are so close together, I had to be extra careful not to hit the lady at the next table with my chair.

We shared the fajitas for 2, beef & shrimp. It was over $30 for the fajitas, which was enough for 3 each. The shrimp was very tasty & the beef was average. We had asked for cheese, which is extra, but never got it.

Service was okay, considering how busy they were.

Like most places on the Riverwalk, you're paying for the ambience of the river.

It wasn't bad, but I probably would choose to go to this restaurant again., as I know there are better places in SA to go for Mexican Food.

“Nice atmosphere, food not so much, service even worse”
Reviewed 26 November 2013

Stopped in for appetizers & drinks during happy hour. Check the menu because happy hour prices are actually higher than regular menu prices! Waiter was very disinterested. Charged us for upgraded wine, but served us crap. Appetizers were tasty, but not much for the price. Better options out there. Skip this place.

“Keep Walking!”
Reviewed 9 November 2013

The River Walk in San Antonio is a great place filled with good restaurants...this ain't one of them. As point of reference, I used to live in Austin and know a little about Tex-Mex food. The food here was at best mediocre, and the service was atrocious. The ambiance of the open balconies may be appealing, but don't ruin the magic of the River Walk by wasting your time and money here. Keep walking.

“Awful service”
Reviewed 3 November 2013

We went for drinks on the Riverwalk. Our waiter took our drink order quick enough, but we waited about 15 minutes to get them. They were terrible. The margarita tasted like a cheap mix and the pomegranate drink just tasted like fruit punch. Neither drink tasted like they had any alcohol in them. Then, we waited another 30 minutes to get our check. Really bad experience.

“Good Food”
Reviewed 29 October 2013

We had the fajitas for two which was quite alot of food. It was very good. I had a strawberry margarita which was also good. The best part of the meal was our table. We were seated by the river but it was up a few stairs so you didn't have people walking by with their face in your food or ruining your meal with cigarette smoke. The service was also excellent and very fast.
