We knew we would be in San Antonio and wanted to learn to cook enchiladas. We surfed the net and found HEB had classes when we were there. We signed up and it was great. We learned to cook (hands on) ate what we cooked, and then brought the recipes home. We learned about chilies they used, cooking techniques, and did step by step ourselves. We have since cooked the dishes at home and they are every bit as good as the ones we did in the class. It was a little pricey, but well worth the money!!
