It was a busy Sat evening and we were glad that we had made reservations for dinner. It was our first visit and the service was very attentive as soon as we walked through the door.
We started with the bruschetta which was prepared with kale and carmalized onions w/ salami, parmesan reggiano and balsamic vinegar (all my favorites). I had the baked penne bolognese and my DH had the polpetto rigatoni in white sauce. Everything was delicious.
We thought the wine list was very extensive with many affordable wines to choose from. We shared the banana foster dessert and it was the best I've had.
It was a very nice touch that the new chef came by to introduce himself and to welcome us to the restaurant. We had a fabulous meal here and appreciated the fresh ingredients used. One of the nicer restaurants on the island. We look forward to returning again. Thank you!
