A single most elegant work of art. The chapel is historic and the craftsmanship is exquisite. However that's all there is no history of the area nor of those whose lives were spent here two centuries ago.

I happen to love all old cathedrals, this one was no exception. A nice way to take a break from the heat & galleries & shopping in SFe.

A must see and close to downtown so you shouldn’t miss it. Beautiful architecture and statues to match.

It was quick visit but lovely! The stairwell was fascinating. The church is ornate but but not heavily!

This will be a highlight of your visit if you like history and architecture. A nominal fee of $4 get you inside. You will see the exquisite Stations of the Cross and the elaborate altar with stunning artwork and statues. The focus will be on the mysterious spiral staircase however, and I will leave it at that.
