We were happy to be able to stop here on our way out of Santa Fe after discovering that it was closed on Mondays. We were given the option of sitting at the community table, which was available immediately or waiting for a private table. The service was friendly and prompt, and our food came out within 5 minutes of our order: Carne y huevos (lean pork cooked in a spicy and flavorful red chile sauce, served with two fried eggs and potatoes) and breakfast burrito topped with housemade green chile sauce (yum!) and potatoes, both accompanied by a bakery basket of assorted muffins and followed by a bowl of perfect fresh red raspberries. We never had to ask for a refill on the coffee - our cups were kept full. My husband expressed interest in buying one of their T-shirts, and our waitress cheerfully brought out every color and style available. She even wrapped up our remaining muffins "to go" so we could enjoy them later. The quality and preparation of the food, the service and the ambience were all terrific. The portions are, if anything, too large. Great value, and a memorable experience. I'd be a regular if I lived in Santa Fe.
