“One of the few Vietnamese places”
Reviewed 17 April 2014

Last time I was here by myself, the pho was decent especially with the additional plate of sprouts and stuff which are traditional. Service has gotten better and faster-used to take for ever which was not good on a state employee hour for lunch!

“Very good Vietnamese Food nicely prepared”
Reviewed 26 December 2013

When I go to an unknown Vietnamese restaurant, I always order the same thing: Bun Thit Tom (Vermicelli noodles, grilled shrimp served with sweet/sour sauce) and Goi Cuon (fresh spring rolls). I am trying stay away from meats and I noticed the Goi Cuon were made with Shrimp and Pork. I asked if they could make it with Shrimp only. NOT a problem. They were huge rolls and extremely fresh. The Vermicelli was excellent and up to par. The shrimp could be ordered peeled or unpeeled. Not wanting to bother with the mess, I ordered peeled. They arrived on the dish grilled and crispy to perfection.

I can't wait to go back. The service was quick and polite. The prices were reasonable. It is not in a touristy area, and that is a good thing in Santa Fe.

“Great authentic pho!”
Reviewed 14 November 2013

My husband has been to Vietnam and knows good pho: this is IT! Even though the place was slammed for lunch, service was quick and courteous. We highly recommend the beef pho, which comes with all the accoutrements (sprouts, lime, chilies, and --we think-- lemon basil or maybe lemon balm leaves). We were also impressed by the sheer deliciousness of the spring rolls. Great portion size, great value!

“Best Vietnamese food in Santa Fe”
Reviewed 3 October 2013

We are regulars at this kitchen. Food is amazing. Hot and sour soup with fried soup is straight up delicious filling comfort food. Chow fun noodles with pork will fill 2 bellies and they don's skimp on the spring rolls like Lan's Vietnamese food. This place can get really really busy on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner so give this place a shot on their off time for more prompt service.

“Get your Pho on”
Reviewed 26 September 2013

We frequent this place fairly often and have never been disappointed. You really can't go wrong with anything you might order here. The soups are delicious, the noodles, rice and hot-pots are all very good. Service is excellent and the waitstaff is quite friendly and helpful. If you are on a salt-restricted diet, they can also help you out there by fixing things with no sodium and no MSG. If you need a little afternoon pick-me-up, try the Vietnamese coffee.
