Five Star burgers, we thought lets go try this new to Santa Fe burger place not expecting to much. Well not the case first the service is amazing our waiter asked us if this was our first visit, he proceeded to enlighten us with his menu selections and why. We ordered green chile burger and a cheeseburger along with fried green beans with green chile mayo AMAZING and sweet potato fries a must when you go!!!! Some decent wine and plenty of beer to select, atmosphere is nice and clean. A restaurant we will without a doubt go back and take family and friends. Another excellent spot to go out and have a great Burger!!!

Slow service, food so-so and exceedingly expensive, this was my second visit and had hoped for more...there are so many more restaurants in Santa Fe that are far less pretentious.

Santa Fe has beautiful weather in the fall. I cannot imagine how hot it must get in the summer. It's an unusual place. People drive very slowly. Food in restaurants is expensive (and I live in an expensive area of the country), there are an unbelievable amount of earth mother-types (again, there are what I thought was a lot where I live), and the art and design...in a class by itself. Three things I saw repeatedly - art, leather goods, and jewelry. Downtown is full of shops to feed your every desire for those three items. Need a full length leather coat with a soft furry center and a wolf on the back? Santa Fe has got you covered. How about a leather belt with a turquoise-shaped wolf belt buckle? No problem. Need a wolf howling at the moon painting? You're in the right place. I get it. It's a spiritual place, but a little variety would also make the place more eclectic. Also, why is it so dark at night downtown. Are there 30watt bulbs in the street lamps or something?

Get in the car and head to tent rocks, or Alamosa, or Bandelier. Beautiful, scenic (the drive is too), informative, and a Kodak moment in the making. It's hard to breathe when you're hiking, especially when you come from sea level, but stop, catch your breath and keep going. It's totally worth it. On your way back down from Alamosa (or Bandelier), stop at Gabriel's for some freshly made guacamole. That stuff is awesome.

Despite having dinner reservations, we were seated about 40 minutes later. This meant that we stood outside the restaurant (little to no seating for waiting inside) while we waited. The Maitre d'
did a very poor job and was not fair in seating according to reservations. The table service was not very helpful or professional. The food was average at best. Overall experience was very disappointing and we will not visit again.
