My family (2 boys & husband) and I stayed here in July 2012 while visiting Santa Fe. We were here for two nights and were very happy with the cleanliness, quiet, friendliness of staff, location, and breakfast. It is not near Old Town, but it was very easy to get there, and the price much more affordable. The room was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Breakfast was good with both hot and cold choices, and plenty to go around. Even it was on a busy road, it is set back and very quiet in the hotel.

Over all the property was very nice. Clean and updated. The breakfast was a bit lacking of healthy choices. The Activia yogurt had a very high sugar content, no green tea and the bread althoug is was brown it was not whole wheat.

Room Tip: If staying in a west facing room draw the courtains before leaving in the morning to keep the sun out in the afternoon. In the evening open the courtains and enjoy the sunset.

We visit Santa Fe a few times each year and have stayed in several different hotels and inns. We were looking for an economically priced hotel with an indoor pool this trip and were pleased with the senior rate offered here. We drove past the hotel's entry road at first since the hotel is located behind a mattress store, but we eventually found it. We had a comfortable and clean room but it was a bit cramped when the desk chair was pulled between the desk and the king bed. We and our granddaughter enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub. The breakfast room was small for a hotel with 60 rooms and some guests had to wait for a table or else take their food to the lobby. The powered scrambled eggs were horrible. The waffles were great. The housekeepers we met in the hallways were very friendly and our room was kept clean. I hope that all visitors remember to leave gratuities in their rooms for these hardworking housekeepers!

Room Tip: Our room on the third floor faced Cerrillos Road, the very busy street, but we were never disturbed by street noise or any other noise.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Santa Fe, and it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it had a good convenient location with plenty of free parking. The breakfast was average but plentiful and better than some of the other similar places we stayed. The free coffee was available around the clock. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The fitness area was only accessible through the pool, which did not open until 10 am, so it was disappointing that the fitness room could not be used early in the morning. I'm not much on exercising later in the day and prefer to get it done first thing in the morning which was not an option here. The desk clerk gave us directions to a fantastic Mexican food restaurant down the road and we were not disappointed in our meal there!

Room Tip: We had a room on the first floor on the front side of the building facing the road but didn't have any problem with noise. We never heard anything from the rooms above us or the rooms on either side of us, and we had some of the best sleep of our entire two week vacation!

The staff was great, room was perfect, everything was exactly as expected. Location was not within walking distance of the Plaza area, but in a new retail area with restaurants and shops. Easy to find. The senior rate was very reasonable for a suite. Our room was next to the elevator and was exceptionally quiet.
