Fairly nice older property. Beautiful grounds and setting in the mountains! A couple of problems. TV reception was below average. Clerk on duty switched me to a different room. The other problem is that I booked at Days Inn website and was guranteed the same rate for each of my 4 nights. However, when I checked out, I was billed $13 extra for my weekend night. When I asked the clerk about this, she said the problem was not theirs and to take it up with the Days Inn reservation system.
She was very uninterested in satisfying a good customer. I was disappointed by her don't give a rip attitude. So much for southern hospitality.More
