We visited during the beginning of March, where snow still blanketed the fields. Betsy was extremely thoughtful in emailing us ahead of time to let us know to bring boots for our weekend stay. The view was stunningly beautiful when we pulled up to Ravens Roost Farm. Edgar was great showing us around, and Betsy left us the most amazing breakfast treats for the morning! They were also very welcoming for vegetarian/vegan food preferences, and the food was absolutely delicious and so fresh. We tried to visit the Shennandoah Skyline Drive, but instead ended up doing the wine tour loop, which we found in the tour guides Betsy put in the Cottage. Our stay was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating. We loved the Cottage at Ravens Roost Farm and would not only recommend it to others, but will definitely be visiting again soon!
