Beautiful place, very personal reception by the 'lady of the house', excellent breakfast, not so easy to find/reach, some 20 Mi outbound from the Skyline Drive, but that is part of the adventure, visit the Luray caverns.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful bed and breakfast. Christa was wonderful and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the Sleeping Beauty room which had a spectacular view. Coffee was outside our door each morning before breakfast was served. The town of Luray is about a 20 minute drive and has quaint restaurants and shops. Our favorites were Artisans Grill and Gathering Grounds. The Luray Caverns were also a unique tour...expensive but we both enjoyed it. Christa also recommended Wisteria Vineyards which was tranquil and relaxing. The rooms at the bed and breakfast didn't have keys, which was a shock at the start, but after our weekend we forgot because it felt like you were staying with family.... Thank you Christa and say hello to Willie.

We called late, but managed to get a wonderful room with a large balcony and jacuzzi. The inn is modern and located in a very private mountain setting. Christa, the owner, treated us like family and very helpful in pointing out the best places to eat in the town of Lurray. Breakfast was outstanding. We lingered at the table for almost an hour after breakfast enjoying a nice converstaion with other guests and Krista. We plan to return later this year.

Room Tip: We loved the queen's suite. On one end of the house away from the other rooms.

Had a wonderful time meeting and chatting with Christa, the place is beautiful, the setting serene and everything we could have hoped for in a couple's escape. Appreciated the dinner suggestion over the mountain at the Thornton River Grille - great food. Can't wait to go back!

No keys, no separate tables in the dining room -- Christa is a one woman operation, and she really makes you feel at home. Beautiful scenery, a friendly dog, and three lovely suites. Highly recommended for a private getaway.

We absolutely loved our two-night stay in the Sleeping Beauty room! I'll start with the room. It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was so comfy with ample blankets and soft pillows. Our room had a nice big TV, easily visible from the bed, but you can also watch from the large couch. The bathroom was clean and a good size, with fluffy towels and two soft, plush robes. The shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, in case you forgot yours. And the view... The view!!!! Two patio doors lead to a private deck, with a small bistro table that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Curtains are there for privacy, but don't block light (and there are large windows above the doors that also let in light). If you're sensitive to light when you sleep, bring an eye mask. It's a small compromise for such a beautiful room. You can also hear some kitchen sounds, but it's not much (and I'm sensitive to noise). Christa is a delight and an excellent innkeeper. She has great tips and advice on what to do and see in the area! Breakfast was delicious on both days and I really enjoyed the coffee delivered to our room - what a nice touch! The setting was beyond beautiful, with several places to sit and enjoy (if we had stayed a little longer, we would have tried the hot tub and fire pit). I really can't say enough good things about this wonderful B&B. I can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: If you require a bathtub, don't choose the Sleeping Beauty room - stand-up shower stall only.
