We went to Buffalo Wild Wings on the opening day of college football hoping to watch some games while enjoying a meal. We were able to watch some games, but the experience was far from fun. We were the second table seated at lunchtime after the restaurant opened and it took over an hour for us to get our food. When we did get it, the food was cold. We were told the reason for the deal was that the kitchen was understaffed. Who understaffs a sports bar on the opening day of college football?!! And our food was obviously cooked and hot at some point, but it was not picked up by our server in a timely manner to get it to us while it was still hot. We will NOT be back and likely won't go to another BWW as this was our first experience.
