Stayed here again a few days ago. We had room 140, which is a nice size. It looks out to the pool, but the window was so filthy we could barely see it. What a shame. One bedside lamp was missing a bulb, so I left a note about it. The bed is hard and could use a memory foam topper.

This place has a great breakfast, and one of the loveliest breakfast rooms anywhere.

The lobby and dining room has a great Rockie Mountain feel. Very beautiful! More importantly our room was clean and comfortable. We felt very much at home!

I was sightseeing with my elderly mother and my young nephew. The staff there were very helpful. They were able to get us a row way bed so that my nephew didn't have to sleep with either his uncle or grandma!

The best was the breakfast! It was hot and fresh. The food didn't look like it had been sitting out for hours or had just been re-heated from the day before. One of the staff was constantly checking up on the food; refilling items before they ran out. Since we were sightseeing, we really appreciated this. The breakfast they provided kept us going for hours!!!

Room Tip: Hint: The hotel is on the hill behind the Del Taco and the Sizzler. My only criticism is that ho...

We stayed in Flagstaff on our way to the Grand Canyon. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the hotel. This hotel was right in our price range; the rooms are clean, beds very comfortable, internet great and a breakfast served daily . We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of touring the Grand Canyon. All family memebers enjoyed this hotel. I would reccommend this to all travelling to Flagstaff!

No hot water in the morning. Entire Hotel was affected. Owner was on-site to address the issue with guests. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were flying out this day back to MN, and fortunately we had showered the evening before. The staff were willing to comp our entire bill, but we did not feel that was fair, as up until this point, our stay had been a pleasurable experience. We offered 25% off, and they insisted 50% off. I asked and received upon check-in a upstairs room, on the corner near the exit, in what was in my opinion the most ideal location to be placed in the hotel. Room was great, as was the bed, and a unbelievable spread for breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Originally chose this hotel based off of TripAdvisor App recommendations. IF NOT FOR THE HOT WATER ISSUE, WOULD GIVE AN EXCELLENT RATING.

Room Tip: Second floor south corner is near the stairwell and a separate entrance that will allow you to avoid...

We met up with some dear friends at this hotel in Flagstaff. Though we checked in early, we were warmly received by the desk staff. Our room was clean, spacious and bright. The common area had a fireplace which was going all evening. After dinner, we met by the fireside, sat in rocking chairs and chatted until we couldn't stay awake any longer. Breakfast offered hot foods and many sides, including eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, and various breads. Again, we had a heartwarming visit over a great breakfast. This is a lovely place to stay at a very fair price.

Situated right near the interchange with I-40 yet tucked back on a secluded hill, the Comfort Inn was a surprinsing find. The staff was great- friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast was well-stocked with a nice variety. What's most unique is the mountain lodge archetecture inside and out, with a large yet cozy great room with a nice fireplace. It will put you in the right frame of mind if you're bound for the Grand Canyon. There's a good choice of restaurants and other travel services directly adjacent. We were very impressed and would make this our first choice for lodging when in the Flagstaff area in the future.
