We were late arriving in the day and choice the Quality Inn based on a hotel coupon rate combined with the fact that we like the Choice rewards program.

Room was DATED, bed was OLD, bedding was SAD and towels were so ready to be replaced with new ones! Our room was at the end of a hall near a door which opened and closed all night long. That was not what kept me awake....it was the heating system that kicked on every 5 minutes with a fan that must have had a loose blade...AND....the party that was going on in the room above me until 3 a.m.....

We told them at check out the the response was they would have the fan checked.

After a stale bagel and weak coffee, eaten on a couch in the lobby as there are no tables, we quickly packed up and left.

The good news....internet is included in the rate.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a last minute reservation so there were not many affordable and decent choices. The room was OK and clean (although some hairs on the bathroom floor showed that it wasn't deeply cleaned between guests). The main problem that I found was the heater. It was an old electric heater that made too much noise. Moreover, it didn't have any kind of temperature controller, so we could only choose between keeping it on or off. Also, we had a room in front of the highway so the noise of traffic was constant. I could get slept only using some earplugs. Definitely, not a good place for light sleeping people or for long stays.

Small room, small bathroom, probably due to discounted room rate booked via Choice hotels. An upgrade would have been nice, since occupancy that night was about 10%. Usual breakfast but hot options didn't look very appetizing. Maybe it was the way they were bunched. Decent size breakfast room. Walk to Outback Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel. Not far from Walmart.

...but most are not. The worst problem for me is that the bad rooms - like the one I am in right now - have terrible heater/ac's that won't stay on steady and bang on and off very noisily all night, making the tiny room alternately too hot or too cold. There are lots of other noises coming through the thin walls - and ceilings - too.

The pros are - or were - a friendly staff and better than average breakfast, but that may have changed for the worst too as the place has new owners and the new desk person didn't seem to be very friendly.

Stayed in Rm 161 on 9/21/13. 1 soap bar only. Rm not very clean. Shabby furniture. Hole in bedspread. Debris in sheets on bed. Needed painting. Tub and faucets in poor condition. Not worthy of a Quality Inn property. Hope to never stay at this property again.

This hotel is situated smack bang in the middle of a Hwy and commercial street it was very noisy. The room was OK but the door was a bit loose. There are other hotels in the area and also eating establishments. We did not have a fridge in the first room but the receptionist moved us to an ADA room which was marginally better. The hotel had 2 bus loads if tourists from Europe staying there and breakfast was a bit of challenge.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the Hwy.

Have stayed at several Quality Inns and never been disappointed - Until Now! Outside is very run down and not kept up. Got here at 5:00 and was given our room ( only stayed because room was prepaid). Went to the room, the door was propped open and one bed was not even made. Went back to the front desk and was told they were sold out, however they did have another room but no refrigerator or microwave. Went ahead and took that one. Room has been recently painted and the carpet looks fairly new but the drapes are questionable ( read their description on the website). Room systems to be clean but the overall experience does not make it feel clean! On top of all this the a/c has been running full blast now for 3 hours and we are still not cool. Will definitely pass on staying here again
