Owner description: Sit within a working craft brewery located on Historic Route 66 while sipping pints and enjoying conversation, the fire pit, or a board game. The Brewery and Tap Room offer pints, tasting flights, packaged beer to go, growlers, and brewery merchandise (t-shirts, glassware, tin signs, etc.). We partner with Pizzicletta so you may enjoy award winning Neapolitan style wood fired pizzas from 5:00pm to close daily. Tours occur at 2:00pm on Sundays, or by appointment with advance reservation by calling or emailing the brewery. We are family friendly with dogs welcome on our patio. We look forward to your visit to our family, employee, and community owned brewery. Independent, Local, Arizona - Mother Road Brewing Company

“A real home town brewery”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 June 2012

Flag resident, first time customer. I will be back! I had the Guardrail, a 50/50 mix of brown and black IPA and it was amazing. Very smooth with a hint of sweetness. $5.50 for a 20 oz glass, which we enjoyed on the outdoor patio. I loved the personal service and the fact that it was quiet enough that you could actually hear what others were saying. The barkeep was friendly, as were all the other customers. Very nice find. Almost want to keep it a secret. Almost.

“Very nice friendly place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 May 2012

We frequently visit Flagstaff but had never been to Mother Road before. This time we bought the "ale trail passport" and this was the 3rd stop for us. All of the staff especially the female bartender were extremely nice to us. We got to taste several brews and then picked out a couple to buy. Other visitors there were also friendly. The location is very near Cottage Place - just about a block west. It's on diagonal Mike's Pike which a long time ago was actually route 66 before they built the railway underpass. This area has some neat historic buildings.

“Mother Road with Alpine Pedaler was GREAT FUN!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 February 2012

Mother Road Brewery has a great feel as a local neighborhood brew house and tasting room. The lighting, music and atmosphere is warm and friendly. Mother Road is also the home base for the Alpine Pedaler, this is a 15 passenger human powered pedal trolley. The Alpine Pedaler is an incredibly fun time and a great way to tour downtown Flagstaff. They have pub crawls, restaurant tours and private group rentals. Bring your camera for sure as you are the center of attention cruising through downtown. Mother Road and the Alpine Pedaler combined to make a lasting memorable night out in Flagstaff.
