“Great food”
Reviewed 31 December 2013

Food was very good. It is one of the consistant restaurant chains. Servers were attentive, friendly. Lunch menu was not as good as dinner. I dont really like fish but I really liked this. Recommend it.

“Terrible Service, Rude Waitress, and Food Issues With Half the Food”
Reviewed 14 December 2013

It was snowy Saturday evening and the family wanted something reliable and consistent while on vacation in Flagstaff, so the 9 of us went to Red Lobster. We began our evening with a sub-par greeting from our waitress who seemed like she could care less about being at work.

After waiting nearly 15 minutes for drinks, she akwardly took our order going in a very weird direction around the 2 tables we were sitting at. She then brought us the cheese biscuits that everyone at our tables love, but there were not enough for everyone to have 1, so we asked if she would be able to bring out another basket so every one at the 2 tables could have 1, the waitress replied with " there are some on the other table". Yes there were some on the other table, which were all accounted for by the people sitting at that table, the 2nd table had more people than biscuits, not a difficult request, but apparently the waitress had to try and make some point in her rude snarky tone.

Next were the salads which were nicely dropped in front of us rather than nicely placed in front of everyone, as the waitress continued to carry on with her attitude.

Then the main enties came out; the crab had been steamed to death and came out dry and leather like, unable to be eaten. The lobster, same, steamed to kill and dryer then anything we've ever had. Chicken pasta, cold, and flavorless. The manager on duty gave us a 20% discount on the tab and said he was sorry, then he left, nothing more. It was a poor experience and licky for me i dont live in Flagstaff and can still go to the Red Lobster near me and get the same amazing service i have been accustomed to. I will not return to this red lobster ever again, it was a pathetic joke, OH and I still had to pay my automatic 18% gratuity to my terrible waitress with the snotty attidude and no personality who seemed irritated she had to wait on a table.

“Wow, I know better than to eat late at a chain restaurant”
Reviewed 13 December 2013

Travelling with colleagues and got into town late. Went to red lobster for dinner around 9:30, and it was disastrous. It took us over 2 hours to get through our meal because the wait staff and food delivery took forever!! We ended up with the wrong items delivered to our table (not what we ordered), and food was dry and unappetizing. The lobster was completely ruined because it was overcooked, and 2 of my colleagues ended up not eating their entree because they tasted so bad. Not sure if we caught them on a bad night, or if this is typical, but I am definitely staying away on my next trip through flagstaff.

“Outstanding service, food”
Reviewed 2 December 2013

Staffed by pleasant, prompt, and attentive hostess and servers. Food and beverage service consistent with Red Lobster - a compliment as we like the consistency of Red Lobster. Located in a congested area so GPS had a bit of difficulty locating the entrance v getting us back on the Main Street so access wasn't especially convenient.

“Wanted to like it more than we did”
Reviewed 8 November 2013

We dont live near any Red Lobsters so when we saw one across the street from our hotel we figured it would be a nice place to eat. We were seated quickly and our waitress was very friendly and knowledgable about the days specials. We ordered an appetizer but it took nearly 30 minutes to get out to us. It was however good. But that was the way the whole dinner went. It just took way too long from ordering anything to the point of getting it. Our main courses were just OK. Nothing to write home about, and the fact that we had to wait so long meant that we were pretty much full from eating all the biscuits that they kept delivering because our meal was taking so long. The waitress apologized, and we tipped her well because whatever was going on clearly was not her fault. But overall, it was just an average meal that we had hoped would be a great meal.
