For being a hotel/casino....we experienced friendlier service than ANY of the others we have stayed at. It is beautifully decorated.....the room was nice and large and the shower was beautiful!! ( water pressure a little low,)
We treated ourselves to dinner at Zenith and couldn,t have been more pleased. It was excellent.
both the food and the service,(waiter,Elvis!)

If there is anything negative to say about this hotel it is that it is a little out of the way being about 20 minutes east of Flagstaff.
The front desk staff were pleasant, the room huge, very modern with a Keurig Coffee maker and offerings of tea and coffee, granite counters, large glass shower in the bathroom with wood floors. The king bed was very comfortable and the room was bright and well decorated.
We are not gamblers and do not usually stay in a casino resort hotel but this one was really impressive. The casino itself was very large, clean, not smokey. There was a buffet, cafe, sports bar and restaurant. The pool was large with an attached hot tub and towel covered loungers lined the outside of the pool.
Best of all......... the price..... less than we've paid at any hotel in a long, long. time.
We'd highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights only and it was a memorable experience. The resort looks good, stand alone in the desert and the room was spacious. I take one star away as I did not like the pillow quality. Couldn't sleep well the first night at all. The pillows felt like they were bought at a very low cost, had no support whatsoever.

Apart from that, I have no complaints. They replenished complimentary water every day. There was no such thing as a free breakfast, which should have been nice, but the 4 elements restaurant had good breakfast options. The portions were sumptuous and tasty. The servers were very kind and attentive. They took back the order for free when we did not like what was given. The manager was kind and gave answers without hurrying, to a lot of touristy questions.

Casino was nice. A guy won a Mustang in Casino the same night we were there. All in all, very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us a few nights. We are excited for your next visit. We shared your kind comments with our food and beverage team and we'll pass on the pillow suggestion to the resort team to see if they have some firmer pillow options.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Hope to see you again soon,

We stayed at Twin Arrows when it first opened and have back many times, even joining gaming club and we receive weekly specials and discounts. However, since our first stay, the decline has been evident. No discounts are honored from the Twin arrows Gaming enterprise membership- althey are thouughly offered to playing members. Room "suites" are in fact handicap rooms- imagine staying in a "suite" for over $200 charge with 1 bed and assistive devices galore to trip over. (i stayed at the Adolphus in Dallas for a Marathon for a fraction of Twin Arrowes cost). My recommendation is travel south to Cliff Castle Casino, where "Bait and Switch" is not the management policy.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms on EAST side as the glare of the neon lights keep you up all night. Avoid "suites&q...

There were no black out blinds in our room and a blaring neon light shone into our room all night. We got no sleep. Went for breakfast at Four Elements Cafe, we got no service in spite of being the only party in the restaurant. When we asked our valet for our car parked on their property, all our gas had been siponed out of our vehicle. The hotel accussed us of not really having gas in our car and we were just trying to scam them. With no sleep and pretty cranky, things got worse for us. While talking to the hotel manager, the security thugs asked the hotel manager if they could escort us off the property because we were complaining that our gas was stolen from our vehicle while in their care on their property. This was the most insulting, offensive stay at a hotel in my entire life. If you are smart, steer clear of this hotel, the parking lot and the staff.

Room Tip: Bring your own curtains if you want to get some sleep. And don't leave your car in their parking...

We had a reservation and check in was complicated by not being able to find our reservation. The desk lady looked at my Texas driver's license and assumed the reservation was in my maiden name (which appears as my middle name on my license) and did not remember I had given her the correct name with spelling for the reservation when I arrived at the desk. Once found, the room was ready and nice. Lots of rules - alcohol and smoking are not allowed in the rooms which is odd for a casino hotel. We prefer a smoking room or a balcony when we are casino-ing.

For being out in the middle of nowhere, this is a classy place. Thoroughly loved my room, exceedingly clean and the restaurant was top notch. Front desk people were so nice! In fact, the whole staff was so accommodating...

Room Tip: Any room you get in this place will be great! The décor is absolutely wonderful!
