Our stay at the Wyndham was all that we hoped and expected it would be, as we are quite used to staying in condo-type lodgings when we travel. It contained all the amenities one would need for staying in/cooking in and was clean and pleasantly appointed. Our top priorities are comfortable bed and clean bathroom/kitchen areas, and this unit certainly met those criteria easily. It has been updated with newer furnishings--as a matter of fact, we saw older furniture being carried out of some units and being replaced with the newer style already found in our unit--as well as features such as granite countertops. The only thing that betrays the age of this condo community is the woodwork and cabinetry, which can't be fixed with coats of paint or simple replacements.
Anyone with mobility limitations should be attentive to booking a unit that is all on one level with few stairs if booking both the A&B units, as most have lower/upper levels rather than being side by side.
The Flagstaff area is quite breathtaking, with views of high mountains as you gaze westward. Be warned, though: it can snow virtually any day of the year in Flagstaff! We awoke on May 16th to snow pelting down in big blobs, and by nightfall you could see your breath outside. We drove up Humphreys Peak the next day to find people out enjoying snowball fights and snowman building in the May sunshine.

We really can't fault the place. It was clean, large, comfortable, easy to find, convenient and is well recommended.
If I were to make one criticism it would be that the their advertising and amenities write up is a little confusing and does not do the place justice.
