The hotel looks brand new and is very clean, very nice. The staff was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and promptly checked in by a very professional staff. It was probably the quickest hotel check-in I have ever had. I paid thru Expedia and there were no extra fees added--what was advertised was what I got. Great deal. Even tho the hotel just had a tour bus of people arrive and there were people with small dogs at the hotel, they put us on a higher floor away from everyone without my even asking. The staff was helpful, friendly and very professional -- the staff even looked professionally dressed (not suits but nice), to include the people serving happy hour and breakfast. The elevators and ice machine on the higher floors are behind double doors which blocks out noise from them. The professionalism of the staff really stood out, whether it was the staff serving happy hour or breakfast. The breakfast was like a full buffet! This will be my hotel of choice if I go to Flagstaff again. It is located next to the NAU campus but we were there during off season so I don't know how it is during school year, but I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Room Tip: Just ask for what you want - the staff is great

The staff of this location is super. I have never had to wait more that two minutes to be checked in and even then they have repeatedly apologized for the wait. Super location and super staff.

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. Both meals (5:30pm Kickback and breakfast) were included in the price. We stayed in three Drury hotels on our vacation and this was the most expensive hotel price. It is 75 miles south of the Grand Canyon. Get gas in town, because the price jumped when we filled our tank at the Grand Canyon. The room was clean, the beds were soft and the halls were quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

We needed a hotel close to Northern Arizona University because our daughter was attending Freshman Orientation. We knew the Drury Inn was close to NAU, but we couldn't believe HOW convenient. You literally walk out the doors of the hotel and you are basically on campus. It was wonderful.

The hotel is very upscale, clean, beautifully decorated, and basically everything good wrapped up in one package.

You never need to leave the hotel if you don't want to because of the wonderful amenities of free food and beverages the hotel provides in the dining area of the lobby.

For breakfast, there is a free buffet including fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, yogurt and coffee and juices.

In the afternoon, there is free popcorn and sodas.

From 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each evening, they have their "5:30 Kickback" which provides a free buffet of fresh cut up vegetables and dip, potato chips, pretzels, a nacho bar, hot dogs, macaroni & cheese, chicken tenders, etc. For those age 21 and over, each guest gets a card entitling you to 3 free alcoholic beverages each night.

These dining and beverage amenities are so appreciated, and make traveling with a family very convenient and economical.

The hotel itself is wonderful. The rooms are extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Each room even has a recliner chair next to a side table with a reading lamp. Ours was next to a window with an unobstructed view of the mountains full of pine forests.

The nightstand also contains a lamp with an electrical outlet at the base for charging your cell phone.

The room also has a microwave and small refrigerator. For those needing a meal in a pinch, the front desk has a small area where they sell frozen dinners, and you can heat it up in your in-room microwave. They also sell ice cream bars, sodas, water, etc.

I don't think you can find a better hotel in Flagstaff. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We will be staying here every time we come visit our daughter at NAU.

Room Tip: For a family, we stayed in connecting rooms.

The Drury Inn in Flagstaff was a great experience for a family traveling on a budget. The complimentary evening appetizers and cocktails served as a light dinner the night we stayed, more than offsetting the premium over other hotels in the area. The staff was very courteous and provided an upgraded room at no addition charge. The view from our room was of the Peak and it was AMAZING!!! The room was a great size and very comfortable for a family, we will be back!

This was my first stay at a Drury Inn, and I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived right at 6pm just in time for the continental dinner and 3 free alcoholic drinks each! After a long day of site seeing, hiking, and driving, the convenience of just eating right at the hotel was wonderful--and free. Great value. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were huge, including a very large bathroom. There was also a free continental breakfast. The location is great as well. Seems to be a brand new building right on the campus. Close to the highway and many shops and restaurants including Target and Starbucks. In my travels I will now seek out the Drurys. My old stand-by of the Hampton Inns has been replaced.

The Drury Inn & Suites is by far the nicest hotel in Flagstaff. Ideal location for sightseeing and Northern Arizona University. The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and views from every room. Our room was a suite that also included a small kitchenette.

Eric and the Assistant GM were perfect examples of people taking pride where they work. It shows in their customer service and enthusiasm! Without even knowing or trying they made a memorable trip with my mom and aunt even more special. Waking up and seeing the snow-capped San Francisco Peaks, the street they grew up on, the church they attended as children was awesome to witness. Thank you!!

Room Tip: Upgrade to suite worth it
