We traveled to Flagstaff over the long holiday Easter weekend which means that there were a large amount of other travelers staying at the property. The hot breakfast area was rather crowded if you waited until 9 am to eat, but there never appeared to be a shortage of food avaliable. Jessica, one of the hotel employees is possibly one of the greatest hotel employees that I've ever come across; she was always very friendly and incredibly helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located on a corner of the Northern Arizona University campus and is approximately an hour and a half away from the Grand Canyon. Rooms are clean and well decorated, and the happy hour is a wonderful touch. Also, this is an extremely pet friendly hotel! :)

Stayed here with two kids 6 and 8. Lots of kids. Know that people with kids (like us) like the Drury Inn because of the breakfast and evening reception. Probably not the hotel for you don't like kids while on your vacation.

Bathroom/room just right. In fact, bathroom was large (we had a standard room, no balcony).Breakfast staff was awesome. Check in easy. Close to the downtown area, right on the corner of NAU.

Pool was freezing. The only negative. But, at least I didn't have to swim with the kids.

Room Tip: Book a room with a balcony, if the weather is nice.

I've stayed here twice and both times were very pleasant. The hotel has covered parking connected to the Hotel, which is very nice in winter in flagstaff, check-in was relatively smooth. The rooms are big comfortable and mostly clean. Behind the lockers in the room was filthy but I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't dropped something down there, the rest if the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary toiletries are good quality. The location is pretty central, lots of good bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk.
The hotel provides free food and drinks for a period in the evening, which was good quality considering it is free, the breakfast was also very nice, and the staff are always very pleasant and chatty.
Compared to other hotels in the area it's quite expensive, typicaly in winter I spend about $50 per night in flagstaff, this place is $130. While it is much nicer I don't think an $80 premium is justified.

While visiting Grand Canyon, we stayed at Drury Inn & Suites for two nights. Our room was the two bedroom suite. First impression was that the place was a bit old and needs upgrades. Upon entering the room, there was a hint of funky smell but our room had a small balcony and opening the balcony door solved the smell issue. The room is not really a two bedroom suite but more like a living room and a bedroom. There were two queens beds in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Our room had a small refrigerator and a microwave along with a very small coffee maker. The toilet was a bit funky that it was very tall and deep :-).

The hotel had a nice covered parking in the back of the hotel with a covered bridge the connected the parking lot and the hotel. It was nice to stay out of the elements since we are not used to being in the 20 degree weather. By the way, the parking is free for guests.

The hotel also had free breakfast and afternoon happy hour where they give you 3 free alcoholic drinks. The breakfast okay, nothing spectacular. We didn't partake in the happy hour though but we saw a lot of people enjoying this freebie.

The location is excellent. It is right next to the Northern Arizona University on one of the main streets of Flagstaff. There were lots of restaurants and fast-food places nearby.

This was a good value and probably the best place to stay in Flagstaff.

We stayed here for two days in March 2012. The property was very good, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. One of the managers, Chad, seemed genuinely interested in helping everyone he came into contact with. The hotel was well placed to visit the old town section of Flagstaff and close to the Lowell Observatory, which was also amazing. It was a short drive to Sedona for lunch. This property offers a complimentary buffet breakfast which was very good. They also offer a complimentary afternoon drinks and snacks which include a limited buffet of snack foods and some wine, beer and cocktails. You could easily make this your evening dinner if you wanted and we noticed how many families seemed to take advantage of this. All in all this was a very good place to stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone.
