We have been staying at Drury Inn Flagstaff for years and Love It! They are very dog friendly, which is a necessity for us. They are located right around the corner from Thorpe Park, which has lots of areas to walk and explore, as well as a dog park. Except when going to Thorpe Park, we don't have to drive anywhere when staying here at Drury Inn. Everything is in walking distance for us, including downtown flagstaff where all the cute shops and restaurants are located. We also love Northern Arizona University's rustic atmosphere and walking around this beautify campus. Drury Inn is located right next to the NAU campus, which is perfect for us.

Drury Inn also offers wonderfully spacious rooms, whether you book a regular sized room or one of the suites. We have stayed in both types of room and do not feel "cramped" in either style room, even with our 2 midsized dogs. All of the rooms are equipped with a large bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and free Wi-Fi! Another wonderful thing about Drury Inn is that you don't have to spend all of your money eating at other places unless you want to, as they serve breakfast and dinner daily...all inclusive of the hotel stay. This is a grand plus for those with children. They also serve an assortment of alcoholic drinks for the adults during dinner, 3 per person, all-inclusive as well! If you haven't stayed at Drury Inn, I would suggest giving it a try. My husband and I think you will like it, too!

We switched to the Drury Inn from Woodlands as we needed a true two bedroom suite and went in with reasonably low expectations.
The welcome was friendly and genuine and all the staff we encountered were helpful and courteous.
The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom a reasonable size.
We were here in the holiday week and yes it was bedlam at breakfast and "kickback". This hotel is clearly very popular with families and as another reviewer mentioned the kickback is used as kiddie dinner time.
We would try this hotel again but not during the main holiday season.

We are in Flagstaff a few times a year and like to stay here for the convenience of walking to downtown Flag. It can be a bit more expensive than comparable motels, BUT if you take advantage of the breakfast and evening food it can be worth it. If we are planning on staying in the downtown area, we like to be able to leave the car at the Drury and walk downtown or onto campus. If you are in town to hike, site see or go to Snowbowl, you may choose a cheaper option. The service was Excellent, the jacuzzi nice and hot and the food plentiful.

Great service; 1 hour free US phone calls per day; free breakfast that is has a huge variety of offerings; 3 free mixed drinks, wines, baked potatoes, chicken tenders, veggies and chips, popcorn every afternoon; free wi-fi that I have never had a problem with. Wonderful clean, comfortable rooms. Who could ask for more.

I could see that time has taken its toll on this hotel on my visit to the hotel during the 2013 Christmas holiday season. And like it often seems these days, the more a hotel ages the more it charges. This hotel is way overpriced At $220 a night for what passes for a 2 room suite . It really is just a 50 ft long room separated by a mini kitchen. Walls are so thin that all god's little children could be heard through the paper thin walls as they routinely tossed pillows, and balls, and cats and dogs across and against the walls. The ski crowd has begun to abuse the furniture with their skis, snowboards and boots. Needless to say , one of the attractions of this hotel is the "free" breakfast food and the "free" afternoon food and drinks. yes, it is free, but after the thousands of unkempt hands have caressed this food I doubt very seriously you would want to chance to eat it...the alcoholic beverages maybe...cheap though they are..it might ease the anxiety of imminent ptomaine poisoning. Flagstaff is a rugged little mountain town which is the base for skiing right above it and the Grand Canyon tourist crowd as the canyon is around 50 miles to the north. The town depends on these two crowds and thus puts up with their behaviors...that's a shame because it is a lovely spot in Arizona.

Room Tip: Try to get a suite on the top floor corner

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent stay at our hotel. We appreciate hearing from our guests, as we use your comments to help improve our product and services.

As thousands flock to Flagstaff every year for the winter festivities, large crowds and kids always come with it. We did have a meeting room for additional breakfast seating and extra staff on hand through the holidays, to aid in providing excellent service to the masses. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and noise you experienced from the little ones as they headed off to see Santa at either the North Pole Experience or the Polar Express. Our amenity package is seen as a great value to families, and many have made it their hotel of choice over the holidays. My team and I are always looking for ways to improve your overall experience.

We value and appreciate your business and do hope you will give us another opportunity to serve your lodging needs. We look forward to exceeding your expectations the next time you visit us!

This is my family's 3rd year staying at the Drury in Flagstaff in the winter. Our options are limited with a dog. We wanted a place with indoor pool, breakfast, and allowed a dog. Drury Inn fit the bill. I cannot say anything negative about our stay (and I can be a picky person). I have to add that many people use the kickback food as their dinner so if it's busy at first you shouldn't get discouraged. Just give it about 15 mins and it should thin out a bit. I can't believe the way some people piled the food on their plates. It was like the last supper for some. Nevertheless, the food never ran out. We got a king suite on the 6th floor facing the mountains just as I requested. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We'll be back the next time in Flagstaff.

Room Tip: I don't think there's any bad rooms. One side faces NAU and is prob quieter, the other side...
