From the moment you enter the door and front desk employee welcome yous with a huge hello and quick check in and an offer for popcorn and a soda. I was just a lovely welcoming experience like a small in would welcome you only it's a large hotel. I had read that the rooms were dated but didn't see any evidence of the hotel being in a need of an update. Our room was modern, very clean, excellent bed and it was nice having the frig and microwave in the room. Went to the happy hour and it was excellent and staff managed it well. Breakfast was awesome. From bagels to waffle to eggs and sausage. Something for everyone. Excellent stay and a huge value for your travel dollars. I would recommend it to all ages, Good job Drury

Room Tip: Didn't ask for a specific room but was happy with what they assigned.

Stayed here for 1 night, room was spacious and clean, liked the kickback food and drink in the evening. Breakfast was also good with lots to choose from.
Things seem to breakdown a lot, while we were there one of the 2 lifts was was out of order, as was one of the washing machines and one of the 2 running machines. Our TV also didn't work initially, though the staff did manage to fix this after half an hour.
We chose this hotel as it seemed the best option close to downtown Flagstaff and despite the breakdowns it probably still is

Thank you for your comments from your last stay with us in Flagstaff. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, and I apologize for the multiple equipment issues you experienced during your stay. There is a saying that "when it rains, it pours." Motions are in place to fix all of the items you mentioned... sometimes we are at the mercy of waiting for things and people to show up to aid us. All of the issues should be resolved shortly. We hope to see you again!

Sincerely,
Jeff T.

From the fireplaces in the lobby to the rarely-occupied computers in the business center, from the free WiFi to the drink at Happy Hour alongside an amazing buffet that could easily serve as dinner, from the beautifully appointed shower with full dispensers of bath gel / shampoo / conditioner to the 24/7 coffee downstairs...everything that can make a stay easy and pleasant is right here.

Right across the street is the 1899 Grille which has great food, but the value isn't as great as Drury's.

Did I mention the free breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs & sausage patties, tater-tots & oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, light yogurt & OJ, fresh apples & bananas, muffins & bagels and more? And the fitness center with family-size swimming pool? And the no-noise-after-10pm policy that keeps the place from being a college-student party zone?

This is a jewel on the NAU campus.

We recently stayed for two nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub, with plenty of towels available. The décor could use some updating; it was very dated. The beds were comfortable; however, the pull out sofa for our son was in serious need of replacement.

We had the free breakfast each morning. The food was good and again the staff very friendly and helpful. Would like to see some variety for those staying more than one night, but overall very good and better than most "free" breakfasts. We were never back in the evenings to take advantage of the free snacks and drinks although it was nice to be able to grab a free soda on the way in.

The room included a small terrace which was nice to allow in fresh air.

For a mid-scale hotel, this was a nice find! I would stay again.

Room Tip: Get a terrace suite to have a door that opens.

Was the mac and cheese this good the last time? There's a whole free meal in the evening for guests. They call it snacks but a baked potato, scrumptious mac & cheese and some cold root beer saved us an evening meal out. There was chicken and hot dogs for those who eat meat as well and adult guests get a free alcoholic drink card! The spa was nice and hot, some jerk left his clothes in the one functional washer (there's always someone who does that) but at least they had the laundromat option. Parking was easy to find on the second floor though they were very booked up. My kids enjoyed the pool. This Drury is really convenient to everything from a Dairy Queen to a Target to an Olive Garden to more exotic shopping and dining choices nearby, including highway connections. Drury's are very dog friendly without making you feel like a poor relative banished to some far away smelly room with a spotty carpet. We had a couple of bad experiences on this family road trip but Drury was a welcome and reliable positive part of the trip. I just wish I could find out what kind of mac & cheese they served because it was as good as homemade!

Room Tip: You can breakfast on the bagels and pastries and have dinner on the 'snacks' they serve in t...

Stayed one night in this hotel - which was fine and functional - as we were catching the 04.35 Amtrak train. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the train station and the university campus. The rooms were adequate, although the dark decor is a little gloomy. Appreciated the popcorn machine in the lobby, the convenience of the 'in-house' supper and the efficient reception staff.

I stayed one night in this establishment early March as part of Topdeck tour arrangement. And I have to say this hotel exceeds my expectation. First of all, the first impression is very nice in the lobby. They have a wall furnace that looks very cosy and homely. The room is quite spacious with good amenities. Cleanliness is perfect. Friendly staff are existent. Breakfast is all very nice with a wide range of variety. Oh I almost forgot to mention. They have an in-house laundry. I don't know the price of the stay though as it's included in the tour so I can't comment on value for money. But regarding the service, all my other five tour mates rate this hotel as the highlight of our entire journey of 6 nights and 7 days.
