The expression, You get what you pay for, did not apply in our $110 a night room (considerably inflated because of graduation weekend).
The room was poorly maintained, especially the bathroom, with bubbled plaster and cracked walls.
Basic room with a refrigerator that had a very bad odor. Bed was comfortable.
Decent breakfast but we were alerted by the desk to eat early because the scrambled eggs disappear quickly.
Also be prepared for the noise of freight trains that run on the tracks directly across from the motel. This is going to the case with any property you book along Route 66.

My wife and I were touring Arizona and found this motel through Tripadvisor. It proved to be a very good place for the price, very clean with ample room. It is very convenient for driving into Flagstaff as well as driving towards the Grand Canyon. The staff were helpful answering all our queries. Next morning we found a better than average breakfast. We had an exceptional day visiting Grand Canyon.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during a trip to Arizona. It was a perfect distance to many different sights and right off the highway.
It was about one hour from the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes from Sedona. We were able to travel all around with nothing being over 1.5 hrs. Everything was a perfect day trip.
The hotel gave complimentary breakfast which was great each morning. There was cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. A pretty good spread for an inexpensive place.
The room was fine, nothing was dirty and it smelled very clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave, tea and coffee maker. There also was a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, and cups. The tv worked fine and the room was comfortable.
Overall this place was perfect for the price. I recommend it if you are looking for a convenient place to park it while travelling!

First, the bad: Made a reservation on Booking.com. We meant to stay at the other location, but made an error. The cost was $52 + 10% tax + $5 for something = $74, right? If you say so. The receipt wasn't itemized so I have no clue where the discrepancy is. We had two beds, both bedspreads were terribly stained and you only get one coffee pod to try and make two cups of coffee out of. The bathroom sink was so clogged I thought it would overflow before I got my teeth brushed. The good: flat screen tv, refrigerator, and microwave, free wifi. Continental breakfast was packaged muffins.
