Internet was quick. Thats a refreshing break to have in a room. Breakfast at this property is pretty good in fact. Something for everyone and I liked the different take on potatoes. Price was very good and the comfort was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room closer to the back as there is a train that may run and a bit noisy. Staff was great. Checkout a breeze since they put the receipt under the door. I would stay again.

Thank you for your review. Our internet connection is pretty good. We have the max download and upload speeds that we can get from our cable provider, and will increase it when more becomes available. We do offer the "Express Check-out", which many guests take advantage of but don''t comment on. An exception for the express checkout is if guests have pets in our pet rooms. We bypass them as past experience we have had barking dogs when sliding receipt under the door!
I am happy to hear you liked the Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage Skillet.

Thanks again,

Great hotel with all the amenities needed. Staff very friendly. Jacuzzi very nice and swimming pool. Rooms very clean and upkeep. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Flagstaff. I will stay there again when I am in town. Best price for the value you get here.

Thank you for your review. Beds and pillows are hard to narrow down as many times these items have to do with personal preference. We have replaced most of our beds in the last few years, and order pillows a couple times a year. We are pet friendly, and this is a big draw for our guests. As a heavy coffee drinker myself, I also appreciate 24 hour coffee in the lobby!

Thank you,

Staff was nice, rooms were OK. Used as a stop off on way to Grand Canyon. I have a reasonable standard for provided hotel breakfasts. But this was way worse than the average. Dole fruit? Looked as unappealing as it tasted. No hint of freshness at all. The (scrambled eggs) seemed like something from a mess in the Korean War. Tasteless & rubbery. Obviously from some sort of packet. Biscuits were dry & tasteless too. Really very few reasonable choices of what to eat - especially anything healthy. Really a let down. Pity as the rest of the time in Flagstaff & on the trip was wonderful.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of your experience with our breakfast. The eggs are real, but they are pre-cooked and reheated in the microwave, which is common for hotels without kitchens. Our occupancy levels are very high, and the percentage of our guests that eat breakfast is about 90%. Our food is rotated out on a daily basis, we order food a minimum of once a weeks, sometimes twice. We also have fresh oranges available. We do offer Dole Fruit, and quite honestly, the kids love it! Expectations differ for each individual, and I apologize for not meeting yours during this visit. I can assure you, based on our scores from guests and most comments on this site, our breakfast is above average compared to many hotels with similar offerings.

Thank you for you comments, we always strive to get better,

Had a terrific time. Plenty of things to see and do. There is train noise at night. I would ask for a room toward the back of the hotel next time. We slept alright even with the noise. Would do it again.
