Seriously disappointed in the Hilton experience. No hot water and absolutely no response or sympathy from hotel staff. Lobby under construction, cheap vinyl wall paper casually wrapped around the fire place. More like 1 star.

Please accept our apologies that you did not enjoy your recent stay with us. We will address your service concerns with our team - as service is our #1 priority, something we've prided ourselves on throughout this conversion and renovation process. Our fireplace is almost complete and we'll certainly be as happy as you are when that final piece is complete. We do hope to have the opportunity to serve you again on a future visit to Flagstaff.

This was our first time staying at this hotel after many poor hotel stays in the Flagstaff area. We stayed in a room with a King bed. I couldn't sleep for several hours with all the noise outside and in the hallways. It sounded like helicopters were hovering over the hotel at times. The air-conditioner was extremely loud and we couldn't use it at night because it would of kept us up. The bed and pillows were not soft and comfortable. The shower was very narrow but good water pressure and great complimentary shampoo/conditioner. My mother-in-law ordered room service and it arrived over 20 minutes late and cold. She was charged $18 for it. We will bite the bullet next time and spend more to stay at the Drury Inn like we have before.

We do ask our guests that if there is anything that we can do to make their stay more enjoyable (or quiet) to please let us know so that we can resolve any issues as promptly as possible (even if it's simply to request those in the hallways be more respectful of others staying with us). We will share your comments with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure we address any deficiencies in room service. We just needed a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Price was very good. The hotel was close to lots of places to eat. Parking lot was very full so we weren't able to park close to the entrance but other than that it was great. Good cookies too.

Had address in my GPS, could not locate Woodlands Hotel kept coming to Double Tree by Hilton, finally walked in and said yes that is us....soooo I would appreciate maybe a sign previously Woodlands because that is what was on the reservation:( No carts clearing available no one came out to assist us...once again disappointed. At check in I asked where their luggage racks where and he pointed to a place across the room...Why don't you have someone out front to help with luggage? Oh he is in the back. Neither answers helped me at that time. If you want to charge the price you gave me I am going to need better service. Beds were great.

I don't really like writing bad reviews so I will make this one brief. As beautiful as the city of Flagstaff is this hotel was just the opposite. The rooms were small but the beds were really nice. The "warn cookies" were cold and hard. They do have a nice hot tub and a small gym. The location was close to the action and dining but with all of the other hotels in the area we should have picked another. Sorry Doubletree.

Room Tip: Ask for the third floor.
